Hi guys. This is my Frieza request i hope you will like it.

Frieza is one of the villains in the series who possesses an entire range of transformations, each one being quite different than the others. It is implied by Vegeta and Frieza himself in the series that Frieza's fourth, most powerful form is actually his original form, with the other three being forms that suppress his power in order to conserve it as well as to keep himself under control. Frieza later confirms this while fighting the main protagonist, Goku. His forms seem to revolve around both western and Japanese concepts of demons.

Frieza is also able to attain 100% strength in his final form, greatly increasing his muscle mass. At 100%, this is literally the peak of Frieza's potential and the maximum amount of power his body can output; his muscle mass becomes engorged compared to his previously sleek frame
Effect: Transforming in 100% Power Form, Frieza gains 50% attack damage and changes the Death Ball in 100% Death Ball and the Death Cannon in You will die by my hand.

Spell 1: Death Beam

Death Beam is a lethal, powerful technique used by Frieza. He extends his right arm and fires a small, very fast, laser-like beam of ki from his index finger, which barrels down and pierces through an opponent. Frieza is able to be fire the attack very quickly while maintaining precise aim.
Level 1: 100 Damage.
Level 2: 200 Damage.
Level 3: 400 Damage
Level 4: 500 Damage

Spell 2: Death Cannon/You Will Die By My Hand!

Death Cannon is a technique used many times by Frieza in his final form. Frieza holds his hand in front with the other supporting it in a manner similar to the Explosive Demon Wave. Then, he fires a large purplish-pink energy wave or energy sphere at the opponent. The blast creates a huge mushroom cloud explosion on impact and has an electrical aura surronding the explosion.
Level 1: 100 Damage.
Level 2: 200 Damage.
Level 3: 300 Damage
Level 4: 400 Damage.
Manacost:100 mana
Cooldown:20 sec.

And in 100% Power Form the Spell Is:
You Will Die By My Hand!

You Will Die By My Hand! is an energy wave used by Frieza in his 100% Power form. First, Frieza says, "You will be killed by me!" as he draws his right fist to his side and charges a purple energy sphere. Then, he brings his hand forward and fires an emanating purple energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
Level 1: 150 Damage.
Level 2: 250 Damage.
Level 3: 400 Damage
Level 4: 500 Damage.
Manacost:100

Frieza appears behind the opponent and holds his hand out to ensnare them in an inescapable golden sphere of energy. He then toys around with this containment like a soccer ball. When Frieza is finished beating the victim around, he kicks the ball away, where it detonates on contact with anyting. The resulting implosion is so immense it creates a vaccum that sucks in anybody near by.
Effect: Stun the target for 1.5 sec and gives AoE damage after detonating.
Level 1: 100 Damage + 50 AoE
Level 2: 200 Damage + 100 AoE
Level 3: 300 Damage + 150 AoE
Level 4: 400 Damage + 200 AoE

And the Ultimate: Death Ball/100% Death Ball.

Death Ball is Frieza's ultimate attack, where he lights a spark of energy on his index finger. Once enough energy is gathered, this spark may grow to the size of a small moon and is thrown towards the target. Typically, this attack is used to destroy planets or as a last-ditch effort to kill an opponent.
Level 1: 500 Damage.
Level 2: 1000 Damage.
Level 3: 1500 Damage.

And in 100% Power Form the 100% Death Ball

100% Death Ball is the full-powered version of the Death Ball used by Frieza in his 100% Power form. First, Frieza raises both of his hands up in the air and forms a pink energy sphere. Then, he rapidly charges it multiple times, making it bigger and more powerful. Finally, Frieza throws his hands forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.
Level 1: 600 Damage.
Level 2: 1200 Damage.
Level 3: 1800 Damage.

it looks ok except skill 3 shudnt be the same as cell's skill...too similar even damage is the same

In the Anime are the same. The difference is between the colours.

well yeah ...we know they are the same but in the game it will be unwise to put very similar skills with same effects and all.

Piccolo have Special Beam, Cell have it too. . Sasuke have Katon, Itachi has it too. Cell and Gohans ulti are almost the same.
But the colour at the disk will be different.
And maybe i will change the spell tomorrow or today.

piccolo and cell have different beams, they do different damages, different colour, different CD, different durations and distance and more. Same goes for the effects of itachi's and sasuke's katon. Cell and Gohan's ulti are also different, the AOE range is different, Damage might be same but slow duration is longer too, distance is also differing here, and some skills might do some a certain DPS while an opponent is still in the beam (example piccolo ulti)
