Neji Hyūga

Neji Hyūga is one of the main supporting characters of the series. He is a jōnin-level shinobi of Konohagakure's Hyūga clan and a member of Team Guy. As a member of the Hyūga clan, Neji possesses the Byakugan, a dōjutsu kekkei genkai which grants him x-ray vision, nearly 360° vision, and the ability to see chakra networks.

The Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.

Skill 3: Jūken (Gentle Fist) [Passive]

The Gentle Fist is a form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck.

This eliminates their ability to use chakra
for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move.

Neji cant use gentle fist without Byakugan :P
Add him ablity to see invisible units when byakugan is active.

In 1.7 Neji after active byakugan can see invisible Kakashi... thats usefull

U should mention to remove chaos for kaiten, chaos dmg should be removed from all chars, makes game less fun i think
