Request GFX For ME

Can you make gfx for me, that read ONE PIECE ROMANCE DAWN,
writing one piece on top while the romance dawn is under,
"R" and "N" in "R" omance daw "N" shaped large (higher than on the words ONE PIECE)
and in the middle shows the image of a straw hat (like the one piece chapter 598 page 2)
but the visible hand Luffy and his body was picked it up and rock on the right is removed
and all that snow themed ^ ^ and it is a signature

and can you also make an avatar for me
