i'm a completely noobs in warcraft, because i dont know the thing like buffs, stacking (for item), or other thing. if possible i want you to teach those thing

Welcome and stuffs.

Buffs are temporarily boosts that your units get for a short period of time. Your units will also lose these boost when said buff is dispelled. The opposite of this is Debuff, which is a temporarily penalty that your units suffer for a short period of time.

An item's effect is said to be stackable when said effect can be applied cumulatively.

Btw to somehow simplify what Uo said.
2 types of Buffs, good and bad (debuff) that usually last for set duration (like 5s) and can be removed via alternate means
Auras provide buffs as well and usually can't be dispelled (removed), Usually aura's are based on a unit (so say like, any units nearby [unit with aura] gets the buff

If I assume you know what ^ is, then I'd say it usually depends on the map xD, you can't stack more than 1 gae bolg and have it shred more armor (cause the armor reduction is an orb effect [cannot stack])

T.K.'s headshot is was an orb effect too (untill recently) so you could use most other items on him D=
