A spirit that take a form in a human girl. She is Shidou Itsuka younger sister and also a commander on a giant airship, Fraxinus. She gain a spirit power after she possessed by a fire spirit, ifrit after unconsciously burn her own hometown in a huge incident. Although she have a tremendous power and high endurance, Her third, "Spirit personality", will takes over her body and she'll becomes an aggressive, and merciless killing machine, who only cares about battling enemies to death. With her Axe, Camael, she capable to wreak a devastating havoc, attacking like a wild beast, and burn all enemies in her way.

Since Kotori possessed by a Fire Spirit, Ifrit. She can heal her wounds with incredibly fast after taking several punishment from her enemies.

Effect:Permanent primary bonus regen started by 1. when 3 seconds passes after kotori hitted by an enemy, Kotori Hp will Regenerates 2% of her max health each second. Regen buff lasts 10 seconds. regen buff won't work if kotori still get hit by any enemies before 3 seconds passes. Primary regen increased by 1 when kotori leveled up

Kotori wrap camael with a raging fire, give her a blazing attack. anyone who get hit by Camael will get burned over 5 seconds. Buff lasts 15 seconds.

but i wonder, did you think the barrier health is too low since every hero can deal more than 1000 magic damage in late game?

Late reply. Barrier Health is decent I guess. It's the growth that should change I think. But then again that's my opinion, go wait for Omega Sui or something

Generally, QWE has 5 levels and R has 3 levels.
