Once an enemy gains 8 stacks, Ara's next basic attack on that enemy will deal 2x damage. After that, Brutal Piercing's stack count on that target falls to 6 stacks.
Effect is lost when the enemy isn't damaged by Ara within 2 seconds.

Ara furiously performs a barrage of slashes. As she slashes, she releases magical flower petals which greatly extends the range of the attack.

Charges for 0.5 seconds then releases 8 slashes dealing [10/20/30/40 + 25% STR + 25% physical damage] for each slash in a 600 AoE around her. Applies a 12/16/20/24% MS slow for 0.5 seconds when hit by a slash.
Each slash will apply a stack of Brutal Piercing. Enemies hit by all slashes will receive a debuff which prolongs the effect of Brutal Piercing for 5 seconds.

Gameplay:
Ara is a melee fighter that specializes in long fights. Eun is a great buff which increases your already high attack speed and movement speed while giving free lifesteal. Just be careful of using it since it only lasts for a short while and has a long cooldown. While she only has 1 disable, which is Energy Absorption, Ara has access to two gap closing skills. Matchless Truth is her primary way of farming and gap closing due to its low cooldown. Rock Smash on the other hand is her damaging skill, provided you are able to hit them with the initial charge. Her passive Brutal Piercing is what makes her a deadly combatant 1v1 due to being able to lower the target's defense to almost nothing and if given the chance to max the stacks inflicted, she can execute a burst of damage on her enemy. Note that since the stacks only fall to 6, Ara can immediately stack it to 8 and perform another crit. This passive also synergizes well with her multi-hit skills. Heavens Wrath can be effectively used both in 1v1 or in clashes since it can greatly reduce all the enemy team's armour long enough for your team to eliminate them, provided you were able to execute all slashes. If you were able to execute all slashes, then you can use Brutal Piercing's 2x damage to each of the afflicted enemy, dealing even more damage to them.
Statwise, Ara greatly excels in speed, average on attack, and weak on the rest. While being plagued by a weak attack damage for a fighter, her Brutal Piercing easily makes up for it. Her movement speed allows her to easily chase enemy heroes but think twice when engaging since she has small health and defense. Since her game revolves on stacking Brutal Piercing, its best to get attack speed items and strength/health/armour items.

- Ara was born from the Haan family who protected the seal of the Nine-tailed fox for generations. Despite her kind looks, she is a skilled martial artist and is proficient with the spear.
On one night, the village where Ara lived was suddenly raided by demons. To her surprise, the demon army was being led by her now corrupted brother Aren, who now calls himself Ran. As he was about to deal the final blow to her, Ara instictively took a nearby hairpin and in the next moment, a bright light shone. When she woke, Ara found herself alone in the village. Eun, the nine-tailed fox who was sealed inside the hairpin, suddenly talks to her. Forming a contract with the spirit, Ara now journeys to find her brother.
As she fought demons after demons, Ara soon came to realize that even the most kind-hearted person can become evil. Believing that her brother was inflicted by such a curse, she sought for the path of justice by demoting evil and promoting good. It was then when people took notice of her abilities was she given the title of the legendary god that rules the heavens, Sakra Devanam.

Following ABCD standards, you would need a scaling for spells.
If the spell deals magical damage, then it would be like "(X + X% INT) magic damage"
If the spell deals physical damage, then "(X + X% STR) physical damage"
If required, buff/debuff durations can also be scaled via AGI.
Your skillset currently lacks in details such as Cast Range and Manacost

I'm no expert when it comes to balancing, but even I can tell that these damage can't even 1 hit arena creeps early game. The scales are ridiculously low too.
Generally, QWE should have a scalling of at least 200%(unless it's a multihit spell or spammy spell, in which case requires you to adjust accordingly), while R should have a scaling of at least 400%. As a side note, any spells that deals pure damage MUST NOT have scalling damage.

I intended her scaling to be low to compensate for her passive, but I have to agree that Matchless Truth's farming potential sucked.
