One Piece Hero Suggestion: Admiral Akainu

Can you add Admiral Akainu from One Piece. He is strong and cool.

Description: Admiral Akainu is one of the three Marine Admirals. His real name is Sakazuki. Akainu is a firm believer in Absolute Justice, and is ruthless in his maintenance of it. He has a stern, dead-serious disposition, grim, expressionless, and is the most ruthless of all three Admirals. Akainu possesses a Logia-class Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to transform his body into magma and manipulate it at will.

Akainu possesses a Devil Fruit which grants him the ability to transform his body into magma and manipulate it at will. As a Logia, Akainu can let physical attacks pass through him without injury and can only be wounded with the use of Haki, Kairoseki, being caught off guard and his elemental weakness.
Effect: When Attaks Has chance to do damage bonus, and also to evade some attaks. (being lava)
Type: Passive

Dai Funka
Akainu's signature technique, he transforms his fist into one made out of pure lava before throwing it forward. The explosion causes volcanic rock to hit the ground, in a method similar to meteors.
Effect: Deals Damage in line and burns the enemy.
Type: Aoe Wave Damage
Level 1: 50 Damage. 50 Damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 2: 100 Damage. 75 Damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 3: 150 Damage. 100 Damage per second for 5 seconds.
Level 4: 200 Damage. 125 Damage per second for 5 seconds.

Ryusei Kazan
Akainu creates a great number of lava fists that he fires into the air in order to let them rain down upon the battlefield, causing enormous amounts of area damage. This looks like a cross between a meteor shower and a volcanic eruption.
Effect: Deal damage in 500 Aoe.

Level 1: 10 Lava fists, 50 Damage each.
Level 2: 10 Lava fists, 60 Damage each.
Level 3: 10 Lava fists, 70 Damage each.
Level 4: 10 Lava fists, 80 Damage each.

Inugami Guren
Arguably the source of Sakazuki's nickname, Akainu creates a wave of magma, shaped like a dog's head, and launches it against his opponent.
Effect: Deals damage in line.
Type: Big Aoe wave damage.

Level 1: 160 Damage.
Level 2: 260 Damage.
Level 3: 380 Damage.
Level 4: 500 Damage.

Akainu punches into his opponent's body with a molten fist, and then detonates it, causing massive internal damage.
