Death Note?

Maybe it's because the fail of my previous suggestion......IT MAKES ME MAD!(Just kidding,take it easy)
So maybe I will suggest a death note character?This made me feels weird......Because what will a normal human like Light will use what type of weapon to fight?

Give Me Some Suggestion.......

IN other words, something like writing RUPTURE as teh death condition.
Almost like killing someone slowly or torturing them via death Note.

50% Chance to activate Rupture, 50% Chance to activate insta-kill if the enemy's HP is lower than 5000

I think it's good enough although we need to get some feedback from the ABC creators

Remove the Insta Kill >,> , makes it more imba.

Instant kill is not really imba if there is a condition in order to do instant kill.

Ever played DoTA? Axe's ultimate is instant kill but with condition. If the condition doesn't meet, it gives low damage instead.

Second the Motion.

The conditions i stated above are tentative. I mean it's not final since i also think it's still much too imba. We can just think up of more conditions to prevent it from being too strong.

How about Light will receive double damage for the duration of the ultimate skill and increasing the casting time maybe?

or... u culd just get rid of the idea of a 1 hit ko technique... seeing how its either gnna be compeltly unusable or rigged to hell?
