[Ookami Kakushi] Nemuru Kushinada
Nemuru Kushinada the girl that purges her victims' souls.

Background Story:
Nemuru is the 15 year old sole daughter of the Kushinada clan, the family with the most political power and presence in Jōga. Nemuru, as part of her role as the Hunter, patrols the city at night clad in an elaborate ceremonial outfit and wolf mask and wielding a scythe, hunting for Fallen, which she is charged with executing. She is the class president of Hiroshi's class. Nemuru is initially very cold to Hiroshi because she considers him to be an eyesore. Despite this, she eventually warms towards him and they become friends.

Nemuru swaps her current school outfit with the Kushinada's Family Hunting Ceremonial Outfit, which will provide her an amazing agility and mobility, improving her movements and reflexes to the maximum making her to hunt her prey with ease, being the only Kushinada's Family hunter that never allowed a prey to escape before.

Lvl 1: Increases AS by 20%, increases [Death] chance by 5%, and increases MS to 900 when attacking her prey.
Lvl 2: Increases AS by 30%, increases [Death] chance by 10%, and increases MS to 1000 when attacking her prey.
Lvl 3: Increases AS by 40%, increases [Death] chance by 15%, and increases MS to 1100 when attacking her prey.
Lvl 4: Increases AS by 50%, increases [Death] chance by 20%, and increases MS to 1200 when attacking her prey.

Nemuru gains MS whenever she uses ''Attack'' button on a target. If she moves her MS will not be increased.
[Death] % increment will be added to the 3rd skill, E.G. 25% 25% = 50%.

2nd Skill: Victims' Soul Recolection [Passive][Damage Type: Magic]
As the Kushinada's Family Hunter whos destiny was chosen even before she was born, her duty is to hunt without rest those wild souls that are not pure anymore. The hunter and those who were nearby her made a pact, to not consume souls anymore, this way, impure souls are purged by Nemuru, but instead of consumed, she keeps them to fill her energy when she is weak.

Everytime Nemuru kills an unit, its soul is stolen.
Each soul adds Magical DMG to Nemuru's attacks, which is dealt within 300 AoE of the attacked unit by Nemuru.
If a hero is killed, his soul will be taken and Nemuru will recover HP.
Souls will be consumed automatically when Nemuru's HP is below 15%.
Up to 30 souls.

This skill will NOT trigger any Orb effect nor Buff placer.
Souls will not be activated if Nemuru's HP goes from 16% or Above to 0% with 1 attack/spell.
3rd Skill: Death Touch [Passive][Damage Type: Uknown]
Lunar Scythe, which edge stands for ''Murder under the full moon'', the mythical weapon that passed down from generation to generation in the Kushinada's Family, always wielded by the actual Hunter in order to perform its duty with success. Anyone can wield this scythe, but only those with Kushinada's blood are able to channel their power through the scythe to release it directly on the target. This scythe was created to kill, and it is what it does, a simple scratch of this weapon ensures death.

Nemuru has 25% chance to place a debuff [Death] on the target when attacking. Direct HP Removal.
[Death] debuff deals DPS and heals Nemuru by 50% of the DMG dealt. Lasts 2 seconds.
[Death] can be renewed and its duration increased by stacking it.
Up to 5 seconds, 1 second per stack.
Orb effects and Buff placers don't stack.

Detailed Information:
If [Death] debuff is placed on 2 or more enemies, Nemuru will recover HP equally to 50% OF THE TOTAL DMG DEALT.
E.G. 2 heroes with [Death] 250 DPS, Nemuru will heal herself by 125 HP per second, but there are 2 targets, so 250 HP per second.
Can be dispelled.
Ultimate: Self-Blood Death Contract [Active][Damage Type: Unknown]
Nemuru does a contract with the Death, paying her own vitality at cost, allowing her to create a circle combining the earnt Death powers and her own blood, which will sap enemies' soul and strength little by little. If somehow they decide to leave the death circle, they will face a fate, not recommended to anyone, which will make them for sure to regret their choice for the whole life. Once you meet the Death it's your end.

Non-allied units within the circle will receive DPS plus 20% of Nemuru's HP paid as sacrifice and will lose stats, which will be restored 5 seconds after they are not in contact with the circle anymore.
Enemies that try to exit it with the debuff [Death] placed on them will take 50% of their Max HP as DMG.

I never thought that anyone would suggest a character of Ookami Kakushi....
She is melee but why I see the attack range is 1000? Isnt that just too big and beside all the other skill are all DPS and Pure Damage so why the need of such range?
