[Onepiece] Admiral Kizaru

Description:Kizaru is an incredibly tall man, roughly the same size of the other two admirals Aokiji and Akainu, and clearly taller than Brook,who stood 8'8½". Kizaru is a middle aged man with a moderate amount of wrinkles on his face, and a very thin beard. He looks older than the other two admirals (while it is unknown if he actually is).

Default Skill 1: Buoshoku Haki Shield [Active]:
All three of the current Admirals are very high-level users of Haki, shown when using Busoshoku Haki together to block Whitebeard's powerful shockwave.

-Kizaru creates a shield using haki to protect him and allies within 800 AOE from attacks
-Gives 25% Spell res and 10 Armor for up to five seconds, can be canceled by moving or being stunned
-If either Akainu Or Aokiji are within the AOE the effects of this spell are timesed by 2X or 3X respectively
-150 Mana-Cost
-30 Second CD
NOTE:Use the little white 'screen' that appears when whitebeard uses the spell when he smashes the ground as the Haki shield
Default Skill 2: Yata no Kagami [Active] [Damage Type:Chaos]:
Borsalino forms light in between his hands, and reflects it off any surface he wishes. He then rides the light to get to his desired location.

-First Kizaru forms a steam of light then after 1 second he travels along it damaging opponents along the way
-Hit opponents are stunned for 1.5 Seconds (till after the stream of light dissapears), 800 Range, 300 AOE collision
-Deals 4X INT normally, Deals 3X AGI more during Ama no Murakumo
-75 Mana-Cost
-19 Second CD

Skill 1: Ama no Murakumo [Active]:
Borsalino forms a long, very sharp sword out of light, similar to Admiral Aokiji's "Ice Saber" technique.

-Gives Kizaru a Chaos damage bonus to his attack based on the Pika Pika no Mi Level

Skill 2: Yasakani no Magatama [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]:
Borsalino uses both hands to fire a torrent of deadly light particles, causing extreme damage to whatever they hit. Borsalino can control the spread of the attack, limiting it to a single person to covering a wide area. It also has great piercing powers, penetrating a thick layer of ice and then entering deep into the water with ease

Skill 3: Pika Pika no Mi [Active Passive] [Damage Type:Physical]:
The Pika Pika no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit consumed by Admiral Kizaru.Like most Logia fruits, this fruit makes the user immune to normal attacks by turning his body into photons and allows him to create beams of light from his body. It also enables him to move at the speed of light and transport himself by means of reflection.

-Gives a passive ability to regen ? HP when being attacked and gives a chance to critical strike an opponent for 1.5X damage
-Gives active ability 'Light Speed Kick' in which kizaru teleports to his opponent and kicks them into the ground causing a small explosion
-Explosion has 400 AOE, 800 Cast range, target is stunned for 2 seconds after hit, deals ?X INT ?X AGI Physical damage

800 AOE, 200 AOE per laser, they are random so they dont all hit lol, reduced dmg anyways, 30X16=480 and thats if all of them hit which wont happen, it will be about maybe 8 max per a person if lucky so 8X30 = 240 X 4 = 960, but ofc its channeling and they wont stay in it all the time i made my own cause on others something felt left out lol, theres already 3-4 kisame suggest lol so why not? =P

each laser = 200 AOE.... shot randomly within 800 AOE... they dont recieve full damage as i have explined before...
