BACKGROUND STORY:
In the beginning of the series, Syaoran is more antagonistic towards Sakura, spawned form his belief that they should compete for the cards to see who is worthy of wielding them. Despite this, he does at times save her in critical moments and provides her with information about the cards. This and trying to capture the cards at the same time, gradually allows the two to learn to work together and build a friendship that Syaoran doesn't fully recognize until halfway through the series. Syaoran's feeling towards Sakura have slowly changed from that of rivalry to that of an elementary school crush.

Effect:
Creates a tornado at Syaoran's current location which, after up to 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds of channeling itself, will rush towards the targeted location and tossed enemy units it crossed by into the air. Every 0.5 seconds increases the tornado's damage by 300 and levitating time by 0.4 second. The tornado can be released prematurely.
