How should I put it...
I think, that the bonus from default skin is too big for the beginning of the game.
100% AS and MS bonus... It will be even more frightening than Blackstar's madness.
It'll affect the balance greatly.
Also, it's better to lower Chidori's damage. 1500 for lvl 5 is too much - it's 1250 usually.
Cooldown of Chidori senbon is too low - it's better to make it change through level change... Even Yuuji don't have 10 seconds cd on his Blootsauger.
Your Tsukuyomi is a bit pointless for the map. Such a cooldown, only 2 seconds silence and NO DAMAGE. It's like building Yuki using only her second skill without first. Stupid, I would say.
What goes about Amaterasu... Rather big damage for such cooldown. Louise with nearly same damage have cooldown twice as big.

You should better make some adjustments to your abilities. Try to somehow balance them, compare them to the ones already present in game...
Anyway, that my IMHO, but this post clearly needs rework.

Changed; Default's Cooldown, 1st Skill's Channeling Time, 2nd Skill's Cooldown, 3rd Skill's Effect and Cooldown, 4th Skill's Cooldown and DPS.
Oh yeah, to be honest i know that the new map release is probly this month.And thus the new map type of "balance" will most likely be different, so this suggestion is kind of useless.But o well.
