Itachi was born into the Uchiha clan and was praised by all as the best of his generation; a genius above all others. Their clan, once praised as the strongest clan in Leaf village, was viscously wiped out by none other then Itachi himself. Itachi, a genius praised as the clan's future, killed all his family in a single night. Everybody except for Sasuke, he was left alive in order to avenge the clan. As Itachi himself stated: "At the moment you aren't even worth killing. My foolish little brother. If you want to kill me, despise me, hate me, live a loathsome life and cling to life. And then some day, when you have the same eyes as I do, come before me".

This is the rare Mangekyou (Kaleidoscope) form which is said to only appear in a few Uchiha members. Uchiha Itachi was able to finally master this form during the period he killed his clan. In this form Itachi is able to use the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi Doujutsu techniques.

Katon:Goukakyuu no Jutsu

Katon:Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Tsukoyomi

Tsukuyomi: literally "Moon Reader", named after the Shinto moon god, Tsukuyomi. One of Uchiha Itachi's kekkei genkai techniques enabled by the Mangekyou Sharingan, Tsukuyomi is perhaps the most powerful visual genjutsu ever used. Simply by making eye contact with the victim, it will transport them to an illusionary world of Itachi's creation. . Because Itachi created this alternate reality, his control of it is absolute, including the flow of time itself. Limited only by his own imagination, he is able to torture an opponent in any way he desires, leaving them crippled and in a state of severe mental collapse.

Itachi and the targeted individual unit will be both unable to move, cannot use their skills and becomes invulnerable . After 5 seconds(skill duration), the target will inflict damage, slows movement and attack speed, and will be silenced for 3 seconds.
*Even when invulnerable, Itachi takes damage from the degeneration of Mangekyou Sharingan

Amaterasu

Amaterasu (literally "Shining Heaven"), is a technique used by Uchiha Itachi while enabling the Mangekyou Sharingan. It is named after the Shinto sun goddess, Amaterasu. This jutsu is fire-element ninjutsu of the highest order and creates unquenchable jet-black flames said to be as hot as the sun and capable of burning for seven days and seven nights, as well as through any material.

Susano'o

Susanoo, named for the God of the Sea and Storms, is a technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a sword wielding spectral form which will surround the user. This jutsu is generated by both Mangekyou eyes. Susanoo will first form around the user as a skeleton. This skeletal form will then generate muscle and armor for battle and wield both a sword and shield.

I'm not the one who's going to decide to approve what and discard what. I'm techniquely here to help, but it's my decision to help who. And i absolutely have no intent to work with Naruto or any other mainstream related. Sorry pal. Unless you find someone else who has the same skill as this, change the name/description/tooltip then it could be helped.

Thanks anyway. I don't know why but I feel relieved. I'll try suggesting on other non-mainstream animes if I have time. But for now, I'm just gonna enjoy the game as it is. Thanks again
