Vayne grew up predominantly alone, the only friend he had was Sulpher his cat. His life was very simple and he knew little of the world untill Professor Zeppel came to him as a scout. It was said that Vayne's father was a famous alchemist, and due to that Al-Revis, a prestigious school for alchemy, wanted to enroll him as a student. Due to being scouted this meant all of his school fees would be taken care of for him. This was the beginning of the rest of his life, and the start of many changes.

Sulpher, his cat, is able to transform to an armor giving Vayne combat abilities

gives Vayne +5 armor and +10 damage

-other skills are usable when this buff is active and unusable without this buff
-last indefinitely, unless remove by a skill or the user dies


Analyze
Covers his face with his claw arm, Sulpher's eye on the claw arm looks at the target. Then Vayne attacks the target using the claw arm, after the attack Sulpher knows the target's weakness.

deals 650 damage, reduces target's armor by 2
deals 750 damage, reduces target's armor by 3
deals 850 damage, reduces target's armor by 4
deals 950 damage, reduces target's armor by 5

-reduction lasts for 8 sec
-cant be used without Sulpher Armor buff

Valiant Claw (passive)
with constant attacking, Vayne unconsciously changes the size of his either Claw arm or Sword Arm, dealing more damage.

has 5% chance to deal 60 damage
has 10% chance to deal 70 damage
has 15% chance to deal 80 damage
has 20% chance to deal 90 damage
has 25% chance to deal 100 damage

-can't be used without Sulpher Armor buff

Blade Pillar
Vayne strikes his Sword Arm into the ground, then his enemies are damage by swords emerging at their feet.

deals 300 damage in a straight line
deals 500 damage in a straight line
deals 700 damage in a straight line
deals 900 damage in a straight line
deals 1100 damage in a straight line

-can't be used without Sulpher Armor buff

Einzelkampf
Vayne extracts Sulpher's power to attack his foes with his armor. Attacks foes with chains then later, a massive sword. The attack exhaust Sulpher, making him rest until he is able to fight again.

attacks with 6 chains, massive sword deals 1400 damage
attacks with 7 chains, massive sword deals 2300 damage
attacks with 8 chains, massive sword deals 3200 damage

-each chain deal 100 damage per level
-each chain slows affected enemies by 5%
-removes Sulpher Armor buff after using
-can't be used without Sulpher Armor buff

Don't worry the character is very anime-ish.
Like the idea of making one basic skill be the condition to other skills. But 10 dmg is too weak. Make it 15~25% raw dmg.
The Claw skill isn't good. How about it's an orb effect that deals DPS or put a buff on the target that increases dmg on him|her. But keep it 25%.
I don't get the concept of the ulti. Is it like some kind of omnislash or like Shiki's chain attack, and does this Massive Sword deal AoE dmg?

the default bonus can hurt if I increase it by percentage, then combined with Analyze's armor reduction
