[Shaman King] Patch Priest Silva
Silva
anime: Shaman King
He is the Patch officiant responsible for overlooking Asakura Yoh, Tao Ren, and "Wooden Sword" Ryu. Unlike most of the Patch Priest who just oversee the fights, to make sure they are followed to the rules, Silva believes that the Patch Priest should intervene more in the fights, to avoid the massive death count fights leads to.

Silva's coyote totem. As an O.S., Silva Horn materializes over Silva's left leg as a coyote-faced greave. This O.S. enhances Silva's leg strength utilizing a minimal amount of Furyoku in bursts. This ability enables Silva to make extraordinary leaps and dashes; even in a single bound.
gives Silva maximum speed for 2.5 seconds
-drags any strangled unit along with Silva
-phases through any unit
-ignores terrain
-25 seconds cd

Silva's buffalo totem. As an O.S., Silva Horn materializes over Silva's right leg as a buffalo-faced greave. This O.S. multiple the power of Silva's leg, thanks to the design of the greave. The buffalo face releases jets of mana from its 'nose' and 'mouth' generating tremendous power behind his kicks.
does a kick powered by his spirits
level 1 does a 200 damage kick
level 2 does a 400 damage kick
level 3 does a 600 damage kick
level 4 does a 800 damage kick
level 5 does a 1000 damage kick
-targeted unit gets knocked back for 250 range
-does x2 damage when Silver Tail buff is active when used
-20 seconds cd
Silver Wing
Silva's eagle totem. As an O.S., Silva Wing materializes as winged armor over Silva's shoulders and back. This O.S. enables Silva's ability of flight.
Silva's Spirit Eagle flaps its wings, makes Silva fly and land at a different location
level 1 does 400 damage
level 2 does 550 damage
level 3 does 700 damage
level 4 does 850 damage
level 5 does 1000 damage
-Silva is transferred 400 range away from him(he moves opposite the direction he is facing)
-damage is only dealt on the area of Silva's take-off(300 aoe)
-any unit strangled by Silva will be dragged to Silva's new position
-30 seconds cd
Silver Rod
Silva's snake totem. As an O.S., Silva Rod materializes over Silva's right forearm as a coiling, snake-shaped rod. This O.S. can be used by Silva to constrict targets.
Silva's Snake Spirit strangles the target hard that Silva can almost drag the target away.
level 1 strangles for 1 second
level 2 strangles for 1.5 seconds
level 3 strangles for 2 seconds
level 4 strangles for 2.5 seconds
level 5 strangles for 3 seconds
-has casting range of 400
-strangled foe cannot move beyond 400 range
-if Silva moves away from the target, the target will also dragged dealing damage to the target
-the drag deals 50 damage per distance dragged
-has 25 seconds cd
I'll do some calculations to provide a formula for the damage dealt by this
Totemic Soul Blast
By charging his Totem Pole Cannon with Furyoku, The head of Silver Wing opens its mouth and gather energy inside of it. When enough energy is charged it fires a strong ball of concentrated Furyoku at the opponent.
level 1 does 1150 damage
level 2 does 2250 damage
level 3 does 3350 damage
-the ball of furyoku explodes at 500 aoe
-has 1 second charge time
-45 second cd

Dude. Where are the cooldowns and cast range?... And is this guy melee or ranged?
Default: No, don't use the same concept. Make it max speed only(since it drags strangled unit). And the buff lasts ?s ??
1st skill : 250 range Knockback, okay.Deals x2 dmg while having default skill's buff...another pure ganking guy without any farming skill...

Rather than increase in effect time, increase damage dealt via dragging. Strangles for 2~3 secs, deals 20-40-60-80-100% of distance dragged as dmg.
(3 sec, 100% dmg, max speed 522 ->Max dmg = 522x3= 1566 dmg)
Ulti : Too weak. So the ball hits the target and explode its dmg in 500 AoE?

actually, I dont put cd because the two time in ABC is not in "sync" with each other so I dont place cd. try to observe the time in the sun/moon symbol and no. of hours, minutes, seconds played

Whadda ya mean? Cooldowns are always the same with any skills
That aside, you should bring new concept for default skill unless it's a farming skill, or identical ultimate.
