[11 eyes] Misuzu Kusakabe

Misuzu Kusakabe is a red-haired Onmyouji from the Kusakabe clan. She is goes to the same school as Yuka Minase and Kakeru Satsuki and is one year older than them. Before Kakeru's power awakened, Misuzu was the main strength of the gang. She is rational, knowledgeable and has good leadership, which leads the gang to victory on numerous occasions. She is also very independent, as she lives in a mansion deep in the mountain, but does everything by herself instead of hiring maids or butlers. However, being to rigid about traditional ways of Japanese, Misuzu is actually very naive about modern ways of doing things, to the point that she even considered ordering rice balls in a cafe.

Misuzu have acquired their family's heirloom swords and have mastered the use of each one of them.

this grants Misuzu the ability to use two at the same time
the benefits of the currently active sword buffs would stack at one another
if Misuzu have two active sword buff and then uses another sword skill the newest sword buff will replace the one oldest among the two current sword buff.
will also gain +30 damage per sword buff present
also allows her orb effect skills to stack with one another (does not apply to items)

1st
Tachibana Dousetsu Raikiri
a sword with the shape of a lightning bolt. Offense power is of thunder element

this gives Misuzu a 10% chance to purge the current attack target per attack (orb effect)
-while the sword buff is active, Misuzu will a new skill
-sword buff last 30 sec
-has 30 seconds cd

Pierce Lightning
Misuzu taps the power which lies inside the sword and unleashes lightning unto her foes.
deals 160 x level of Tachibana Dousetsu Raikiri
the lightning would hit the first target and passes through the units in its back
will pass through 25 units per skill level
-has 15 seconds cd

2nd
Onikiri
have the ability to curse the opponent's wound when hit.

-sword buff last 40 seconds
-reverses the flow of the attack target's hp regeneration when hit while this sword is active (physical) the effect also grows more stronger the more the target is hit
-reduces the armor of the attack target (stacks only for two time)
-debuff last on target of 10 seconds
-has 20 seconds cd

lvl1 reduces armor by 2, amplifies the degeneration by x1
lvl2 reduces armor by 4, amplifies the degeneration by x1.5
lvl3 reduces armor by 6, amplifies the degeneration by x2
lvl4 reduces armor by 8, amplifies the degeneration by x2.5
lvl5 reduces armor by 10, amplifies the degeneration by x3

discussion
hp regen will be cancelled and it would be change it damage per second. example Yuuji has sonzai no chikara lvl5, he gains extra 20 hp regen per second if Misuzu would attack him while this buff is active that 20 hp per second regen would be 20 damage per second and within 10 seconds and Misuzu attacked Yuuji for the second time (let's say Onikiri is on level 5) the damage per second Yuuji would receive is 20 x 3. So, that would be 60 damage per second and because the damage type of this is physical proper damage calculations would be done.



3rd
Kashagiri Hiromitsu
the largest of the swords. Uses fire element to increase offense power.

-gives Misuzu immolation while the sword buff is active
-sword buff lasts 30 seconds
-has 50/45/40/35/30 seconds cd

lvl1 deals 40 damage per second
lvl2 deals 80 damage per second
lvl3 deals 120 damage per second
lvl4 deals 160 damage per second
lvl5 deals 200 damage per second


4th/Ulti
Doujigiri Yasutsuna
also known as the cursed sword. This sword devours life energy of the wielder and turn that energy into great power. When used, a pair of demonic-looking arms will grow from the handle and squeeze the wielder's arm. The more energy the wielder allows it to consume, the higher the arms will reach.

gains additional attack damage and armor but hp gets reduced gradually(orb effect)
while the buff is active, Misuzu can use it again to gain more damage but hp degeneration get stronger
sword buff last for 30 seconds

lvl1 gains 30% damage, 5 armor and hp gets reduced by 30 per second
2nd cast, gains 60% more damage and hp get reduced by 60 per second
lvl2 gains 45% damage, 10 armor and hp gets reduced by 45 per second
2nd cast, gains 90% more damage and hp gets reduced by 90 per second
lvl3 gains 60 damage, 15 armor and hp gets reduced by 60 per second
2nd cast, gains 120% more damage and hp gets reduced by 120 per second

I think these are buff placer, not orb effect.
How many instances of degen can be active at once?
Ulti: Hp reduce is like Butcher's skill or direct hp remove? This would gives more item build options in the futute when spell damage reduction is given
Damage gain is the white or the damages that also come from attributes, items, buff?
I think skill 1 or 3 should have less cooldown, in case you have won the combat but the ulti's effect is still there and you're about to die

the degen can stack twice.

the ulti works like God Strength/Rot the user will lose HP as the effect of the curse, and the caster can active it again to have more power at the cost of the user's life.

are they buff placers? because I intended to make them orb effect so the Hollow Mask item wont work. so it wont look like a troll warlord or sven in DotA

They are buff placer, but skill 1 and 2 can be used with orb effect included, and you should know you can ban an item from a certain hero, like butcher and once upon a time the fking imba build with blink + hook, or VS swap then blink back...
