well this was kind of a hard one to do anyways... its not liek deathnote is some battle manga with special moves...

btw, make the ulti CD to 200,180,160

the skill itself is pretty much powerful even that seconds of waiting.

make the train stuns for 2 sec but lower the damage to 400,600,800,1000,1200

then make that meteor damage like Yuuji's Energy Slash or Kanade's Howling.

and about the time stop skill, make it to 5-7 sec and just lower the cool down like Shana's Fuzetsu.

Anyway this is just a suggestion for the skillset you have.

I suggest such cause it seems that the item players will equip on Light with this would be the life item,aegis, and saiyan armor...since that damage or any damage dealing item would not be necessary for him.

It would be better to change the 3rd skill or edit its time freeze to 3 sec only.

We need something different from those heroes available already, so no time stopping, no more straight nuking.

..hmmm...why not make the ulti like....have a casting time and make it take dmg instead of insta-kill if light can't see the target anymore....

Ultimate can be changed to have only 1 level.
15 seconds and then the Time stop thing can remain as is. (Or lower duration)
The Attribute Bonus can make up for the 2 levels of Ultimate.

How about making it have a continuous damage effect?

In the anime, it was shown that you can kill any person through a heart attack in 40 seconds when written WITHOUT ANY CONDITION of death in the death note.

So how about making it 50% chance to damage the enemy's max HP by 5% every second for 40 seconds?

And then 50% chance to insta-kill an enemy if his HP is less than 5000?

Casting time is 2 seconds, just to make sure that Light can write the name properly in the note. It also has to be around 500 range since the condition of the Death Note shows that the user must know the face of the person to avoid same-name killing.

Light must be alive for the duration of the casting time AND/OR the 40 seconds-effect
