Step 1: Make a proper request (on the right SECTION for god sake) with character screenshots, Skills, Stats, CD.. etc All the information you can provide.
Step 2: Wait for other people suggestions.
Step 3: Update your Request following People Suggestions (mainly Omegasui :D)
Step 4: Pray God that ToM and Deckai select this char to be added.
Step 5: Stop making useless topics, we already got a section for character suggestion!!! -_-

You can suggest any characters from any source such as Anime|Manga|Game with anime-ish look|Visual novel with anime-ish look, still limited by 4 for each source.

I'd prefer Vergil over Dante or Nero Although if you wanted an Anime-like model Dante already has his anime which you could see from the pics lol.
