Description:
Sousuke Sagara is approximately seventeen years old.A Sergeant within the paramilitary counter-terrorist force Mithril, he serves as a member of the SRT (Special Response Team) of the Western Pacific Battle Group "Tuatha de Danaan" and is assigned to the assault submarine of the same name. His commander is Captain Teletha Tessa Testarossa. His call sign is Urzu-7 and his ID number is B-3128. Serious and dedicated, he operates as team pointman as an Arm Slave specialist.

Default Skill:
Military 'Nut'(passive):
While Sousuke is an excellent soldier, his military career is the only life he has ever known. He has no social skills and sees nearly every situation in a military light. He is known to say as an axiom "a peaceful solution is always best". However, to him this simply means a solution where no one is physically injured. He once says this axiom after threatening someone by firing a gun next to their head.

eg:sagara is at 15% hp and konata attacks him so he gets behind konata holds a gun to her head
and if she attacks or moves she is dealt the dmg but if someone else attacks either sagara or konata the move will be cancled and if sagara moves the moe will be cancled, move has no time limit

When on low hp (~15% hp) sousuke gets behind the next opponent that attacks him and pulls a gun to their head threataning them and if they move or cast a spell he shoots but if either of them are attacked by someone else (thats not in the effect of this ability) it is cancled, if he shoots them he deals 50*Base Damage and stunning for 0.5 of a second
-30 second cd
-sousuke cannot move during this ability
-skill automaticaly cancles after 6 seconds from activation
-can be cancled by clicking the default skill



Skill 1:
Military Combat Training (passive):
At (approximately) age 8, Sousuke was trained as an assassin and deployed into Afghanistan to assassinate a local leader of the local resistance army, he was trained in multiple combat techniques

While fightining sousuke has a chance to hit tho opponent in a weak spot dealing 2x Dmg and stunning for
0.5 of a second (?% Chance) also if the opponent runs away while fightning in close combat with
sousuke, he grapples the opponent holding them down on the floor (stunning them) for 3 seconds and dealing ? dmg per second (300 range)

Level 1:2% chance to deal extra dmg and stun, grapple deals 30 Dps
Level 2:4% chance to deal extra dmg and stun, grapple deals 60 Dps
Level 3:6% chance to deal extra dmg and stun, grapple deals 90 Dps
Level 4:8% chance to deal extra dmg and stun, grapple deals 120 Dps
Level 5:10% chance to deal extra dmg and stun, grapple deals 150 Dps
-grapple has 15 second cd
-basicaly stunning them for 3 secs
-sousuke cannot move during this spell

Traps Specialist (active):
Sagara, as seen many times has experiance in setting a variety of different traps, e:Electic Shock Trap, Railguns and also tear gas

If used on a pillar or wall sagara sets up a railgun that has ? dmg and 1000 range
If used on an ally he sets a electric shock trap on them that slows the opponent that attacks first by 50% for ? seconds also dealing ? dmg
If used on an enemy he thows tear gas which blinds enemys and allys in 400 aoe for ? seconds

ARX-8 Laevatein (active,summon):
This was the next evolution for the ARX series and the next generation in Arm Slaves, making it the second 4th generation Arm Slave, after Belial. These new systems and advancements give the suit exceptional strength and mobility far beyond what the Arbalest could achieve. In the front of the suit, there are two smaller arms hidden within the frame. This allows the suit to throw grenades and even Anti-Tank Daggers without having to use its own arms.

Demolition Howitzer:Fires 2 blasts that deal 300X level of ultimate
Laevatein has 300 ms, 1/2 the AS of sagara Armour Type:Hero

Level 1:Laevatein has 1X sagaras dmg, 2000 hp, 5% spell resistance, Railgun does 100 dmg per .5 of a second
Level 2:Laevatein has 1.5X sagaras dmg, 4000 hp, 10% spell resistance, Railgun does 200 dmg per .5 of a second
Level 3:Laevatein has 2X sagaras dmg, 6000 hp, 15% spell resistance, Railgun does 300 dmg per .5 of a second
-sagara is piloting the AS so he dissapears during the ultimate
-lasts 20 seconds or until the AS is destroyed
-120 sec cd
-sagaras normail abilitys cannot be used during the ultimate

So, When you are lower than 15% HP, your are unable to move, while staying behind your enemy, and if he Moves or Cast a spell you Hit him and you are able to move again?
-If he attacks while holding position does the skill Dmg and Stun him?
-I wonder, If he just holds position, never moves and there are no enemies/creeps nearby, Will you be behind him for the whole game?

-How much range should enemy run away to activate Grapple?
-What if enemy blinks away, Grapple still activate?
-Is it channeling? (You can't move while Grapple is activated)

Did you mean When casted on the Ground?

Did you read what I wrote?
-If this move has no time limit, you can be stucked for the whole game if enemy DOESN'T move.
-Make it with time limit, ''If enemy doesn't move after X seconds, the skill is cancelled/Automatically executed''
-By they way why did you remove ''Skill is activated if enemy casts a spell'' on skill description?
-What about if the enemy you are behind of is attacked?, before you edited it, if enemy or Sagara were attacked skill was activated, now only if Sagara is dmged?

-sousuke cannot move during this ability
-can be cancled by moveing sousuke

I'm confused, Sosuke can move while using this skill or not?
You say he ''cannot'' move, but then below you say ''can be cancelled by moving Sosuke''?!

-I guess Grapple is activated when they are exactly 300 range away from Sagara, correct me if I'm wrong.

Mate, in the world there are Idiot People, and People who are not idiot, now think about this carefully, If you set a trap on a Wall/Pillar, Really do you think they will come to the Wall/Pillar to get hit by your skill?
My suggestion, Make it ground targeteable instead of Pillar/Wall.

1-added a time limit,and another cancle method and i never had ''Skill is activated if enemy casts a spell' in there in those words but it was still in there i didnt remove anything only added
2-ya that was a fail
3-ya activates at 300 range
4-well u could use it for killing creeps for farming and also in the arena +that isnt the only was to use it theres the electric trap and tear gas aswell i suppose i could add something like a landmine or pitfall trap to it

I have a suggestion, Why don't you make the 2nd skill movable? as in after you plant it on a wall you can move the gun all along the wall? maybe that would help with scouting purposes?

Scouting is not needed, as there's no fog of war. The left-right side that has fog of war is accessible via teleport, which leads back to the conclusion of how scouting is not needed.

Still not going to look at this yet because of the wall of text + this is a guy + i don't like FMP.
