Stats are too high, 31 stat bar? WTF

Stats growth are too high also.

You know the stat growth is to show the average amount of total stat added compared to the other stats, if place Max Health 2 bars and Base Attack 1 bars i meant for MH to have twice the stats added compared to Base Attack, meaning the hero's prior stat is MH.
If you put 2 bars on all stats trait : 2/2/2 = 1/1/1.

_Blood of the Yato :

• When being meleed? You mean whenever attacked by a melee unit? Does this apply to neutral hostile ?
  
• Why x2 stats? It's used as Black Star default skill already. Could you use something else?
  

_Rage :

• Ability deals only that amount of damage or extra damage? Are item's stats counted?
  
• The proc chance for this ability is upon every attack right? It's based on Bash ladder skill am i correct?

• Is there a limitation to the number of units being held under the kotatsu?
