[Onepiece]Enel Changes

well enel is a little easily op atm but ppl want him changed and so do i (althought i use him all the time) its cause his moves dont really match the anime (raigou is meant to descent into the ground and sorta destroy everything) soo yh heres my suggestion-
First keep his stats and everything theyre fine
(BTW his name IS Enel not eneru, eneru is his translated name but his real name is Enel)

Default 1:Mantra(Passive)
Enel can use a ability called Colour of observation Haki or 'Mantra' as it is dubbed in skypiea it can be
used to predict movements so the user can dodge them and also so the user can guess where
the opponent is going to move next, thus allowing perfect dodging and Critical striking

Default 2:Lightning Blink(Active)
Enels devil fruit- Te 'Goro Goro no mi' gives enel the ability to turn into lighting and move at high speeds

Skill 1:El Thor(Active)
Enel can charge a huge amount of electricity in which he sends up into the sky, then it comes landing onto
an area in which enel chooses and hits the opponent(s)

Enel transforms into a gigantic Raijin looking thunder god made of pure electricity and supposedly is when Enel is at his strongest.

Enels Combo of Raigou and Mamaragan - Advent of thunder or DEATHPIEA is the ultimate combination
which causes thunder to crash to the ground then strikin the earth with Raigou to finish it off

Enel charges a huge ball of thunder in the sky while casting Mamaragan to damage the surroundings, then the
Raigou decends from the sky crashing into the ground dealing huge damage in a huge aoe, Mamaragan sends

Level 1:Raigou Deals 300 Damage, Each thunderbolt Deals 50 Damage and 3 thunderbolts/s

Level 3:Raigou Deals 900 Damage, Each thunderbolt Deals 150 Damage and 5 thunderbolts/s
-120/100/80 Second CD
-Thunderbolts Have 200 Aoe and strike randomly in 1000 AOE of the Raigou
-Each thunderbolt stuns for 1 second
-Raigou has 600 AOE and charges for 4 Seconds (Enel does not need to channel it just does it on its own)

This one is good, Eneru in 1.7 dont have all of his signatures moves and his kiten is imba. I was planning to make request about Enelu Amaru but I didnt had inspiration :P.
Btw. Mby would be better to replace mantra with amaru(active like sasuke/itachi susano)?

little imba for a default tho lol + mantra suits a default more + amaru is a transformation, transformation are never used as a default
(althought i DID think about putting it as a default at first)

Heh, Sasuke Susano is something like transformation too, but nvm if you say that its better then its better. I hope that Valk will like your suggestion :)

I never watched One Piece but i know the Eneru from D.O.N and i think this changes are good for him even if he is not that weak.

yeah the raigou in current don is good for farming its just that in the anime it descends to the ground and destroys everything, as for 200,000,000 volt amaru its just a transformation, if u cant do it i will change it to something else
