7% chance to freeze enemy for 1.5 sec, deal 2x damage of AoKij attack
Each malee attack decrase hitted enemy armor by: (last 4 sec)
1-5 lvl= 1dec armor
6-10 lvl= 2dec armor
11-15 lvl= 3dec armor
16-20 lvl= 4dec armor
21-25 lvl= 5dec armor
(no stack)

Defeult Skill II: Ice Block: Partisan [Active]

Kuzan creates several spears of ice and then hurls them at the enemy.

After hit spears disappears, slow enemy for 2 sec by 70%, at 1-400 range deal 3xAGI damage, 500-600 range= 5xAGI damage, 700-800 range 8x AGI damage + 1sec bonus slow

LvL 2: Slow ms by 16% as by 8% freeze chance: 8%
LvL 3: Slow ms by 24% as by 12% freeze chance: 10%
LvL 4: Slow ms by 32% as by 16% freeze chance: 12%

Ultimate: Ice age no changes

-how long decrease armor last?
-slow by percent is better since it will be useless late otherwise, AS by 4/8/12/16% and MS by 5/10/15/20%, reduce the range tho... make it 600 ecleast, its will be good then
