My first suggestion.
Please tell me if this character is unbalanced. I'll do what I can to change it.

Background story:
Ginta Toramizu is a fun-loving, care-free fourteen year-old boy who was summoned to a fantasy world called MÄR Heaven to save it from the Chess Piece. Being originally from Earth, Ginta was originally weak and nerdy until he arrived in MÄR Heaven, where he gained superior physical ability. Ginta's path happened to coincide with that of the legendary living ÄRM, Babbo which Ginta later used as his main and only ÄRM. Having a very loyal personality, Ginta fights to protect those who is in need help.

An ability which involves Ginta synchronizing with Babbo, allowing him to see through his or her opponent’s weak points and thus, utilize Babbo in battle more efficiently.

Effect:
When Ginta casts Version 2 within 5 seconds after casting Version 1, firing delay is reduced by 0.5 second and stun time is increased by 1.5 seconds. When Ginta casts Version 3 within 3 seconds after casting Version 2, total damage dealt is increased by 50% and max distance is increased by 250.

Each time the effect is activated, a sort of shockwave effect appears on Ginta to act as an indication.

1st Skill- Version 1: Hamer ÄRM/Dagger ÄRM [Damage: Physical][Target: Enemy Units]
Information:
Ginta’s fist and Babbo merges to form a metal ball or metal dagger that can be used for close quarter combat. Ginta is able to switch between Hammer form and Dagger form freely, making it a versatile weapon that allows him to adapt to changing combat quickly.

Effect:
Ginta dashes towards that target and performs a 6 slash combo, finishing with a hard last hit. Each of the first 6 hit deals 50 damage. The last hit deals 300/600/900/1200/1500 damage, knock the target forward up to a distance of 600 and stuns it for 2 seconds. The target cannot move, attack or cast spells under the effect of this spell.

Cooldown: 30 seconds

Notes:
When animating this spell, the first 6 hits uses Dagger form while the last hit uses Hammer form.
The last hit knocks the target to a distance of 600 over 0.5 second.
The target is only stunned after the knockback.

2nd Skill- Version 2: Bubble Launcher [Damage Type: Magic][Target: Enemy Units]
Information:
Part of Babbo’s hammer turns into a sort of gun that allows Ginta to engage in long range combat by firing multiple explosive pink bubbles or by charging a single bubble, increasing its size and destructive power, before firing it.

Effect:
Ginta fires a large pink bubble to the target location after 1 second delay that deals 200/400/600/800/1000 damage and causes 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second stun to all enemy units within 250 AOE around that location. When casted at Ginta's current position, Ginta will jump backwards up to a distance of 600 before firing.

Cooldown: 20 seconds

Notes:
This spell has an A0E of 250.
This spell has 1 second firing delay.
The bubble travels to a distance of 900 over 0.75 second.
The jump travels to a distance of 600 over 0.75 second. When under the effect of ARM Sync(Firing delay reduced by 0.5 seconds), Ginta fires in midair.

3rd Skill- Version 4: Alice [Damage Type: None][Target: Allied Units, Self]
Information:
Babbo turns into an angelic female Holy ÄRM that uses healing magic, effective for counter-attack and protection against Darkness ÄRMs. Babbo always becomes embarrassed after the transformation.

Ginta summons Alice into battle, instantly recovering 1500/2250/3000/3750/4500 hitpoints to and dispels all forms of negative buffs from nearby allied units with 900 AOE around Ginta.

Ultimate- Version 3: Gargoyle [Damage Type: Magic][Target: Enemy Units]
Information:
Babbo transforms into a fearsome giant Gargoyle creature that levitates with a giant crystal as its lower waist and holds a ring in its mouth. In addition to its immense strength, Gargoyle is also capable of using the ring to fire the Gargoyle Beam, a very destructive beam attack that consumes a lot of Ginta’s magical power.

Effect:
Ginta summons Gargoyle into battle, firing its Gargoyle Beam after 2/1.5/1 second delay. The beam stops on the first non-allied hero or after traveling for a distance of 1000, dealing (90/95/100*Base Potency) damage to all enemy units within 350 AOE around the location where the beam stops.
Deals 50% damage to any non-hero units the beam passed through.

Cooldown: 100 seconds

Notes:
The beam travels to a distance of 1250 over 0.75 seconds.
