how about make tenshi useable?

make tenshi useable
the skill like invoker in dota, quass,wex, exort and its using like book or other to make its skill
or like the normal tenshi that ussualy appear at battle

But that aside, Tenshi really suits better as a boss, so I don't think it's necessary but that's just me.

Tenshi's purpose is to annoy the players and make them compete for her bounty or make the players team up to kill her... So yeah, Tenshi is still a great boss as a multiplayer or single player

Anyone can fit to that purpose.
Imagine Haruhi as boss. Yeah baby now we're trolling. At maximum.
Imagine Kanade as boss...Er... 900 damage x4 and 250% AS isn't funny.
Imagine Aigis as boss. With around 500000 HP and % based HP heal.
Either way, everyone can fit as a boss, and no one actually fits better than another.
