Fear-in-Cube is a cursed tool that was created during the Inquisition as a device of torture and execution. Like many other cused tools, she gained a human form, or consciousness, because of the hatred and negativity that she has been exposed to. She is originally sent to the home of the main character Haruaki Yachi to remove her curse. Her ability is to use 32 different tools of execution, as per her original purpose during the Inquisition.

Default can be simply merged into one for easier icons allocation.

You want the Cleave or you want the Splash or you want the Orb of Fire's splash? 

You want the Locust (meaning the unit summoned hovering around you striking your currently or recently attacked Single target within 500 AoE with 100/200/300/400/500 base damage hero type at 1.5 BAT and irrelevant MS) or actually summon a normal unit with triggered movement?

Deals damage and stuns 2s and reduce 30% damage output (or base auto-attack damage) in 200 AoE? 

Drag over how long? Or you mean pull/hook.

You can't, or at least, should not do anything armor related except plain number altering. Meaning no %.

For Default, I was thinking along the lines of the Cleave ability. Merge would probably be a good idea. 

For the 1st skill, I did mean the Locust skill as it become unselectable, untargetable, and invincible. Triggered movement seems too much like some abilities that are already present in ABC. 

For the 2nd skill, base auto-attack damage of the enemy. 

I was a bit vague about the 3rd skill, so I apologize. I meant a single target pull ability. 

Fixed the armor reduction for the Ulti.

I don't see why the cleave should damage allies at all. It would be an easy denying tool.

Theoretically 1st skill deals roughly 4k5 damage on single target over 10s at a 1s delay, assuming it's Locust based. That's barely enough.

The buff's duration scaling is weird. The cooldown's way too long.

Your hero fits to be a tanker, not a nuker. She fits staying as long in battle as ever to actually not be useless with her 1st skill damaging with such slow interval, and able to use 3rd skill at least 1 more time to pull back retreating enemies.

I have addressed the issue of cleaving damage, buff duration/cooldown, and readjusted some stats to be more tanky. 

I wasn't entirely sure about what you meant for the first skill, but I do have a more tricky alternative in mind. 

Hypothetically, the unit would be summoned, but instead of the properties of a locust, it would be set to invulnerable, and instead of having damage, it would have a property more along the lines of an auto-immolation that deals damage per interval within a small AoE radius. Of course, this is one hypothetical scenario. I need some more clarification on the issue of the 1st skill before I can make adjustments.

Locust deals damage to a single target only (multiple if there're more than 1 which is not the case), which is either randomly the closest unit attack-able or the unit you damaged last. Dealing 4k5 damage over 10s is really slow-paced, contradicting with the fast nature of the hero arena game.
Your alternate is Sakura's Phoenix whateveritis.

Basically, the attack speed should be made faster and dealt over a smaller time. I'll work that into the design.

As a note, the primary difference in my alternative idea that won't be used is that as opposed to triggered movement, it would be player controlled.
