Chatbox

so i have been looking for the chatbox , and found it at the bottom of this site , is there any way to make the chatbox more see-able for everyone who visits the site just like the old layout this site, there are rarely any interaction between users , wouldn't it be better if there's a chatbox above and everyone start chatting

I always wondered why it went missing......asking moderator

Actually there was a javascript'd chatbox that allows u to open the chatbox using a button at the front page. but the script itself was removed by the source, so it wouldn't work anymore, and there you go fixed :) Thanks for telling :D
