So here goes the character I and dm251 compose with.

Backgound Story:
Rin is the son of Satan born from a human woman and is the inheritor of Satan's powers.He lead a normal life of a child but his strength seemed unnatural so all the children and even teachers feared him and thought of him as a demon. He got into fights often and injured all his classmates. The only one who would stop him was Father Fujimoto. He always admired father and wanted to become like him when he grew up. He has a protective and supportive personality. He supports his friends and tries to encourage and help them. He also seems very protective of his brother Yukio, and aims to one day surpass him.

Default(Passive):The Flame of Hell
Every time Rin used any of his ability, his blue flames activates causing him to deals damage on the area where he use his skill.Deals 300 damage around Rin.

-ignores Alastor aftershock
-300 AoE

Skill(Active): Raging Flames
Rin swings his sword hard in front of him which causes his flames to scatter. The scattered flame slows down the opponent and making Rin able to deal damage to nearby units.

-Rin gain a cleave attack buff that will last for 5 sec.
-have 40% cleave damage and on 200 AoE
-damage deals upon activation is on 250 AoE around Rin
-Cleave is stack-able with item/skill effect.


lvl1-Deals 300 damage upon activation and reduces 40% of the movement speed that last 2 sec.
lvl2-Deals 450 damage upon activation and reduces 45% of the movement speed that last 2.5 sec.
lvl3-Deals 600 damage upon activation and reduces 50% of the movement speed that last 3 sec.
lvl4-Deals 750 damage upon activation and reduces 55% of the movement speed that last 3.5 sec.
lvl5-Deals 900 damage upon activation and reduces 60% of the movement speed that last 4 sec.

Skill(Active): Flame Barrier
Rin can also used his flame to protect someone from receiving attack or furthermore damage by casting his flame to his target he thinks of protecting the target unit. And also because of the flame barrier, the one being protected gains immolation ability.

lvl2-Reduce the damage taken by targeted unit. Max damage being suppressed is 950.Has immolation of 40 damage/sec.
lvl3-Reduce the damage taken by targeted unit. Max damage being suppressed is 1250.Has immolation of 60 damage/sec.
lvl4-Reduce the damage taken by targeted unit. Max damage being suppressed is 1500.Has immolation of 80 damage/sec.
lvl5-Reduce the damage taken by targeted unit. Max damage being suppressed is 1850.Has immolation of 100 damage/sec.

Skill(Passive): Demonic Strength
As being a human with a demon body, Rin have enormous strength and being feared by his strength.

lvl1-Increase Rin base damage by 2 and each Rin attack deals an additional 10% damage
lvl2-Increase Rin base damage by 3 and each Rin attack deals an additional 15% damage
lvl3-Increase Rin base damage by 4 and each Rin attack deals an additional 20% damage
lvl4-Increase Rin base damage by 5 and each Rin attack deals an additional 25% damage
lvl5-Increase Rin base damage by 6 and each Rin attack deals an additional 30% damage

Ulti: Berserker Blue Flames
Rin unsheathe Kurikara or Koumaken which is the demon slaying blade that holds up his power. By unsheathe this demon slaying sword, Rin's demonic capabilities wont be limited which causing Rin to fight on his full potential.

-while on this state, Increase Rin movement speed and attack speed and increase base damage.
-Demonic Strength bonus is stack-able to this skill.
-last 20/30/40 sec.

lvl1-Increase MS by 30%, AS by 30% and base damage is multiplied by 1.5
lvl2-Increase MS by 35%, AS by 40% and base damage is multiplied by 2
lvl3-Increase MS by 40%, AS by 50% and base damage is multiplied by 2.5

-Changes the last effect of cleave damage of Raging Flames from 2 to 5 sec.

well the truth I interest in suggest "Toyama Kinji" from "Hidan no Aria" too but too busy so can't do it right now XD and I think he will like TK but have special buff like his "Hysteria Mode" or can make it Ultimate not buff but just and AoE attack

If your planning to suggest Toyama Kinji, I would suggest to you that read the Light Novel first. I myself is still on its volume 2 but I found out before from a friend that Hysteria mode have another condition to activate and effects.

haha yea xD im up to date on the light novel for hidan no aria. There is a LOT of hysteria modes lol.

Why does this topic has 3 posts related to Hidan no Aria 8-} BTW, i never knew that getting turned on also triggers Hysteria, well until i saw that anime, and to add to my confusion it gives super human ability like ZOMG (I thougt Hysteria is a kind of mental disorder due to uncontrollable emotions - which has nothing to do with uncontrollable woody)

Why not?For Alastor u can just add ignore items's activation.

1st skill : FYI, hardly is not adverb for hard.

Gives him cleave ability? AoE for the cleave?

2nd skill : Erm ok, but since it's a Flame Barrier, why not have immolation with it? (dont stack with Alastor's effect, obviously)

3rd skill :

Haha verbal problem is something I didnt notice XD.

Anyway, the reason why I make it do not stack with Alastor Aftershock is the default might deals too much damage. I didnt think about ignoring item activation...

For the cleave, I forgot to put 150 AoE(dont know as well if this small). Since that the first skill concept is to slow down the unit being damage from the cleave and also from the attack.

Immolation effect at the second skill? I think that Ill think for what damage per second can do.

and for the third skill...I think that Ill make it as a RAW damage...(always confuse on white and red damage)...

and no comment for the ulti? guess that Ill wait for you to analyze the skill again.

Editing of the skill set will the same as before, after fixing problems on the suggestion again.

For cleaving,try 180~200 AoE dood. 150 is around TA's physical atk range.

KK normal hero has around 300 ms... i think you got confused when putting numbers between AS and MS.
Multiply orignial stats or the one with bonus from items/skill ?

Raging flames will be activated via chances , regardless the CD ?

oh okay thanks for the cleave info...Ill go with 200

is the MS that low? Cause I intend to put both(MS and AS) 5 at the base stats and more increase at MS than AS at the ulti...and the one multiplied is with bonus with item...

about Raging Flame, yes though now I am thinking of making it by attacking opponent which seems to be better.

The MS increment is holy haxxor and only seen in DotA AI Fun old revived hero.

+ it may just be me but having a nuke that lowers 80% of a units movement speed is pretty ridiculous seeing how it dus damagage AND has a low cooldown.

If u still want MS , divide the number by 2.

It's much more better when you wait for the anime series to end...So that you can add more skills.

sorry for the delay of the update for the update. Im still waiting for dm251 idea of what should be changed on this suggestion before I edit it since that we decide on the skill set.

Again, why not? As the default only occurs on skill's activation not item's why not? Aftershock deals whut 300 or 500 dmg?

1st skill : Sure, huge damage at start ('bout 600 for enemy's melee), FB at lvl 2 is possible. ( no im not asking you to reduce it)

2nd skill : Yah ok.

3rd skill : Kinda boring.

Ultimate : 30% is rather too much, considering it deals 1200 damage (If the default skill's activating condition is what i think it is) + slow = chase to dead.

forgot to change about the default part. I was intending to put ignore item activation(like what you suggest before). Aftershock deals 300 damage

so first and second skill is good? guess thats fine.

at third skill, well I know but I cant come up with other concept that would fit to the skill build.Maybe putting it X% but then again that X% might become to high so I didnt go with that.

about the ulti, so what percent would be ideal then? 15-20%?
