[K-ON!] Tsumugi Kotobuki
HERO NAME: Kotobuki Tsumugi
ANIME: K-ON!
Tsumugi, often referred to as 'Mugi' by her friends, is a wealthy girl with a
gentle and sweet personality who plays a keyboard. She originally intended to
join the choir club, but joins the Light Music Club instead after receiving
an invitation and encouragement from both Mio and Ritsu. She is the daughter
of a company president, and her family has several villas in various places
around Japan. Since her father also owns a maid café, she often brings
confectionery and an assortment of sweets and pastries to the club room, and
she diligently makes tea with a tea set which is kept in their club room.
Tsumugi displays a rebellious streak occasionally, diverting from her
normally well-behaved and mature demeanor to the surprise of the others.

Berserk Call lasts for 10 seconds.
Decrease in Attack Damage lasts for 15 seconds.

As Mugi plays her keyboard, the tune creates a musical note to defeat
her enemies grouped together.
The musical note made by Mugi's Glissando is fired to an enemy, dealing
damage to the target and to those around it with a decrease in movement speed.
The Musical note can then be 'Bounced' to other enemies surrounding the target.
If there are no other enemies around the target for more than 0.5seconds then
that will be the last hit.
Each 'Bounce' makes each corresponding damage 15% weaker
Requires at least one opponent in 300 AoE of first target to 'Bounce'
'Bounced' Opponent will get 250 knockback
The opponent nearest to 'Bounced' char will get the next 'Bounce' as long as he/she is within 300AoE

Can't count how many time i've tried to post this but failed to due to lack of time/ DotA/ ORPG/ ABC.

Default skill : How much % damage does the cleave deal? In ? AoE?
1st skill : 425 dmg at lvl 5 ? Is it 425 DPS or 425 total dmg that skill deals?
Decrease what attack dmg? Physic (raw or with bonus included)?Magic?
+% max HP to max HP or heal %max HP ? If first option, how long does it last?
2nd skill : Nothing much to say, except why attack/skill using also counted to take dmg.
3rd skill : too low on AS boost.It's like you forgot a zero.

1st Skill:

3rd Skill:
I haven't really thought about the boosts so maybe you can suggest the proper variables for this skill? I might make an unbalanced AS boost.
Ultimate:
As I see it, this skill is similar to DoTA's Lich Ultimate. The only difference is that this is a Musical Note, not like a hadouken. About the LOW DMG, im thinking of better variables but maybe you can make a suggestion for this too.

Well, look at all available heroes in ABC till now, decide the total damage outcome from skills, decide their roles, and change yours to matching such role.

Wait wait wait. I think I got that one explanation SO wrong.
The heal effect associated with the 1st skill is similar to Miku's heal. Except that it's a whole lot weaker and it's AoE.
If it's Skill Level 5 (+15% of MaxHP) and if you have like 50/100 HP
Then you will be healed by 15 points = 65/100 HP
NOT 50/115 HP. I apologize for the misunderstanding

To make the 2nd skill better, make skill 1's chance effect : 50% chance to make enemies move randomly

Use "bounce".
Remove the 'reduce dmg dealt upon each bounce' and revamp the dmg or reduce it to 15% dmg reduction.

If you dont want this,try add Knockback effect to ultimate(bounce on an enemy will knock it backwards to the opposite direction it's facing), forcing them to move since we don't have force staff nor the FORCE!To make the 2nd skill better, make skill 1's chance effect : 50% chance to make enemies move randomly

I figured the damage of ultimate would be totally useless in the late game so i made it stronger.

Are you talking about removing the decrease in movement speed associated with the ulti? If so, do you want me to change the 'decrease in MS' to a '15% dmg reduction?'

I can't think of how the enemy players would 'move randomly' if they get affected by the skill.
I am thinking of making the knockback similar to BRS' ulti but i don't know how its measured.
Perhaps making a simple 'draws target and bounced player back' will suffice?

I can't think of how the enemy players would 'move randomly' if they get affected by the skill.
I am thinking of making the knockback similar to BRS' ulti but i don't know how its measured.
Perhaps making a simple 'draws target and bounced player back' will suffice?
For now, i will be making changes on the word 'Pass' to 'Bounce'

I meant this. Change it to : Each bounce reduces next damage dealt by 15%.Each 'Bounce' makes each corresponding damage 40% weaker.
The move randomly part was to replace the damage reduction...And it's possible to do that, just random force move on random locations while taking player's control. Well if you'd prefer knockback,no one would mind since it's your choice.
About 250+ (idk) knockback i think.
It's kinda hard to synch with a skill that only deals dmg every 1 second. Oh since there's a part where attacking also fits the condition required to take dmg, some kind of berserk call would be good.

Yes it is, a skill that forces nearby enemy units to attack the user who used Berserk Call.

To make the 2nd skill better, make skill 1's chance effect : 50% chance to make enemies move randomly

You know that some skills require casting delay b4 it's used right? With that special effect + 2nd skill, the combo would be lethal( Forcing them to move will trigger the 2nd skill's damaging condition, and at the same time, semi-silence them). Add a duration first, obviously.

The enemies surrounding Mugi take damage, a chance to decrease attack rate and a chance to forces nearby enemy units to attack the user. Mugi's surrounding allies including her then get healed.
Berserk Call effect lasts for 10 seconds.
Decrease in Attack Damage lasts for 15 seconds.
