Dragon Ball Hero Suggestion: Bardock

Akat-Fighter made a Bardock request but was a total fail.
Bardock
Bardock's appearance is very similar to Goku's. Bardock has unkempt hair which partially stands on end and a scar on his left cheek. He wears black and green Battle Armor, and a green scouter on his left eye. Later on, he wears Tora's blood soaked armband as a headband when he fights Dodoria's Elite on Planet Meat.

25 Agi
17 Int
Power: B
Speed: SS
Vitality: B
Intelligence: C
Stats: Agility
Abilities:
Default skill: Saiyan Soul
Saiyan Soul is an ability used only by Saiyans. When activate, it gives the user a little boost in their Damage, Armor, Attack Speed, Movement Speed.
Effect: Increase Damage by 25, Armor by 10, Attack Speed by 10%, Movement speed by 7%
Duration: 10s
Cooldown: 30s.
Mana cost: 75
Default Skill II: Divination
A psychic ability granted to Bardock by a Kanassan as a form of
retribution for the misdeeds of he and the Saiyan race in general. This
ability gives Bardock the gift of foresight, but he has limited control
over what visions he receives and when they occur.
Effect: When this is activated he is invulnerable for the next 2 seconds.
Cooldown: 120s
Mana cost: 50
Full Power Energy Wave
Full Power Energy Wave is a powerful energy wave technique.
Type: Point Target
Target: Enemy
Level 1: 125 Damage
Level 2: 250 Damage
Level 3: 400 Damage
Level 4: 500 Damage
Cooldown: 25s
Mana cost: 150

Final Revenger
Final Revenger is a rush attack used by Bardock. First, Bardock grabs his clenched fist as he charges at the opponent and punches them in their face before reverse side kicking them up into the air. Then, he yells as he flies after the opponent and punches them up into the air again. Next, he grabs the opponent by their head and leaps over behind to knee them up further into the air. Finally, Bardock flies up above the opponent and shouts, "Be gone!" as he double axe-handle punches them down to the ground, inflicting a high amount of damage.
Type: Single Target
Level 1: 125 Damage
Level 2: 200 Damage
Level 3: 300 Damage
Level 4: 400 Damage
Cooldown: 20s
Mana cost: 125

Flash spirit
Flash Spirit is a Rush Attack used by Bardock. First Bardock elbows the opponent in the face, he then kicks the opponent away and then shoots a Full Power Energy Wave at them, inflicting great damage.
Type: Single Target
Level 1: 125 Damage
Level 2: 250 Damage
Level 3: 375 Damage
Level 4: 500 Damage
Cooldown: 25s
Mana cost: 150
Final Spirit Cannon
Final Spirit Cannon is Bardock's final and most powerful attack. First, Bardock says, "I'll blow you away!" as he puts his hand forward and charges a blue energy sphere. Then, he shouts, "This ends now!" as he draws his arm back brings his hand forward and fires the attack at the opponent, inflicting a huge amount of damage.
Deal AoE Damage.
Level 1: 600 Damage 500 AoE
Level 2: 1000 Damage 600 AoE
Level 3: 1400 Damage 800 AoE
Mana cost: 300
Cooldown: 150/120/90 s.

seems balnced just 1 thing the default how lang does it last or is it passive?

If you read this it says ''When activate'', so we realize it's Active, anyway you should write duration and cooldown also.

Omg yes Bardock is the most awsome saiyan in entire Dragonball xP

actually i just forgot Final Spirit Cannon and Riot Javelin is the same move lol :p
he should have a inniate based on hes future seeing thingy tho
