Android 13 was designed to serve Gero's
vendetta against Goku, who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army as a child.

Abilities:
Default skill I: Pump Up

Pump Up increases attack power and defense for a limited time. Effects cannot be layered on top of each other.
Effect: Increase Damage by 20, Armor by 10 for 15 seconds
Mana cost: 35
Cooldown: 40s



Default skill II: Android Barrier
Dragon Ball Hero Suggestion: Super Android 13 529px-Barrier
Dr. Gero's Androids have their own version of the Energy Shield known as the Android Barrier.
Effect: He charges for 1 second then he gains 250 Armor for 4 seconds. If he move during this he lost the effect.

He generates a giant spiraling, crimson-pink energy ball with a reddish-pink sphere in the middle that homes in on his opponent. Android 13 claims that this attack is able to reduce half of Earth into fine dust.

Abyss Impact is a counter rush attack used by Super Android 13. After being unaffected by the opponent's punches, Super Android 13 grabs the opponent by their arms and slams them to the ground. Then, he puts his hand over the stunned opponent and blasts them with a red energy sphere, inflicting a great amount of damage.

Effect: Theres a chance to don’t take damage from
a meele hit and give damage to enemy.
Type: Passive

S.S. Deadly Hammer is a rush attack used by Android 13 in his super form. First, Android 13 says "There's nothing you can do," as he grabs the opponent by their neck and throws them away. Then, he runs after the opponent and attacks them a heavy barrage of punches
before punching them away and firing a Full Power S.S. Deadly Bomber,
inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Type: Single Target
Target: Enemy

Level 1: 600 Damage

Level 2: 1200 Damage
Level 3: 1600 Damage
Mana Cost: 100

I dont know about DBZ much but I like this one (For me he should be a good tank like Buu or WB, imo need more tank role characters)
Everything looks fine but Abyss Impact isnt imba?
I think u should give same % chance to all lvl, just other dmg.

good suggestion but like with all the chars in don the chance to counter is too high >_> it should be 20% max at the most
