Some suggestion...

About the Boss Battle...
-Make it so that the Boss is unable to move all the way to your fountain.
-Lower Bounty to 15000.(Whoever kills her more or less decides the game.)
About items...
-3rd tier items
-A 2nd item with Spell Guard effect(Basically Amulet of Spell Guard)

You're not supposed to be able to kill her easily, and she's supposed to be a secondary objective to the game. More combats would be opened around Tenshi when she's low in HP, cause anyone who knows about it surely does want the 40~50k bounty.
It's also risky to go after Tenshi, as it'd require as much firepower as possbile, meaning your tower in tower mode would be either defenseless or some weaklings stay behind; or the other team would just try and snatch a kill when you're worn out by Tenshi (mostly the ground breaking one with 10k dmg).
The only problem is luring her to the fountain. It'd be like Aizen now, being teleported back to her area when she walks away from it.
3rd tier items will be introduced with the removal of tomes. The problem is, what.

Ok...
As long as you guys can make it so that Tenshi isn't allowed to go to the fountain, I'm fine with that. It's the same issue as the old Roshan in DotA and it's kinda cheating.
Also I suggest adding a few more 1st and 2nd tier items. The items effects are rather limited. And perhaps you guys can change the Xmas event item into an official 3rd tier item.

The event item is OP because of its extremely cheap attributes. If it were to be a 3rd tier, it'd be uselessly uneffective.

Hmmm, I suppose you're right about that too.
Well, if that's a no go, then just make 2nd tier items upgradable to 3rd tier items with stronger effect.

Here's another suggestion, about the Circle of Powers.
Can you guys change the Circle of Power into a structure unit?
There are many occasion(Mostly Gintoki) where I can't buy my items cause the Circle of Power is currently buying.
