Background Story:
Malice is a Grim Angel, armed with a sacred weapon known as a “Diviner”. She traded her future for her Diviner, the axe “Skadi”. Her Diviner was later known to be a fake Diviner, and also she was a fake Grim Angel. Malice is extremely loyal towards Hector, sacrificing herself for Hector, in order for him to summon Seth- Rah. She aids Hector in collecting souls needed for the Retirbution. Malice is shown as arrogant and proud.

Default Skill - Freezing Skadi
Information:
Malice’s Diviner, Skadi, has the ice attribute. Therefore, whenever her attack lands, it sends out a chilling path, freezing the enemy that she was attacking and slowing down her enemies in front of her.

Effect:
When Malice attacks a unit, the unit freezes for 2.5 seconds, receiving (2xTotal Damage). In addition, a freezing path is created in front of her, slowing down any units that is on the path. The path has a 350 distance, 200 AOE, and it reduces the enemies’ MS and AS by 15%.

1st Skill - Guilty Edge
Information:
Malice is capable of manipulating the frosts from the gods of Asgard. She summons an ‘explosion’ of ice from the ground, impaling enemies within the area.

Summons an explosion of ice at the targeted area. It has an AOE of 500. It first freezes the enemies for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds, dealing 250/500/750/1000/1250 instant damage.

2nd Skill - Skadi Helix
Information:
Despite being a fake Grim Angel, she can manipulate ice. Her sacred weapon, Skadi, sometimes is swung around to indirectly attack enemies around her efficiently. Enemies being attacked by the swing will slowed due to the ice element, and will be knocked away from Malice.

3rd Skill - Angelic Blessings
Information:
Being a Grim Angel, though a fake one, she was still given extraordinary capabilities, including a pair of black wings.

Effect:
Malice’s normal attack will freeze the enemy unit that she is attacking. The unit will be slowed by 5%. If she strikes another attack onto the same target, then the unit will be slowed by another 5%. Each enemy unit has a maximum of 2/3/4/5/6 stacks of slow. Also, when she moves, any units around her will be slowed by 10/10/15/15/20%. She'll be given an extra skill, Angel Awakening, provided if she learns this skill.

Extra Skill - Angel Awakening
Information:
When Malice is weakened in combat, she'll unleash her full potential, granting her improved combat conditions, and also enhanced ice power. This gives herself a greater chance of defeating her enemies while in a weakened state.

Effect:
This skill will activate only if Malice's HP is below 35%. If this skill is active, Malice will have her Swiftness doubled, and also reducing her BAT from 1.5 to 1. She'll have her base Potency and Endurance multiplied by 1.75. In addition to that, any units within 600 AOE around her whose movement speed is slowed by 90% and above due to her freezing skills will be frozen for 4 seconds. This effect lasts for 15 seconds.

Ultimate - Trie Noir
Information:
Trie Noir is Malice's strongest skill. Being able to manipulate ice, she firstly flew up to the air, and then accumulating ice element into her Diviner; making Skadi a concentrated ice axe. After a while, she then threw her weapon towards her enemies. Tthe weapon will create several ‘explosions’ of ice on the ground, freezing her enemies.

Effect:
After 3 seconds of channeling, she throws Skadi to the targeted area. The weapon creates 5/7/9 ‘explosions’ of ice randomly around it, at a 600 AOE. Each explosion has an AOE of 350 and each explosion deals 750 instant damage. Any enemy units being attacked by the explosion will be slowed by 60% for 5 seconds.

Stats atributes total to 28, not in range of 23 - 27 unless it changed again and I'm being out of date. If it has to be in the high range skills must be toned down


D Skill - slowed enemy units for how long? And any unit for 2.5 secs? That's long man. Maybe make it last around less than one second or just a minor slow effect

1 Skill - I'm good with that

2 skill - Not sure if concept is possible but I hope it is. Kinda like that idea

3 Skill - So in total you can slow enemies by 75% in conjunction with Default. That's pretty rad dood.

The Ulti I cannot comment on

Default : What does "Total Damage" stand for?
The MS reduction is too much for a skill that serves as a bonus.
1st : Stuns too long. Either you freeze (no, no stun), or you slow, don't do both.
2nd : Doesn't fit with the whole concept.
3rd : What do we get for leveling this skill?
You should remove the first few paragraph and replace it with "stackable slow on-hit effect" or something. Too long for something that could've been much shorter.
Is this a buff placer ability? How do you expect the target-dashing system to be like (whenever you tap A/right click on enemy's head)? Because this would mean the 15% is pointless because you can always spam normal attack order. Also, the maximum range of the dash would be how much (lol dash from home to other base's stair)?
3rd EX : No. Just no. This is forced synergy (along with 2nd). We need not of one-build-wonder.
Ultimate : Slows too much at level 1 and 2. What's with the "more cd when u lvl my ulti"?

Conclusion : 2 slows 1 freeze is enough.

I've updated it, please do review again.
Total Damage means the normal damage you do in a normal attack. If there is a term for it (which i did not know) please let me know.
