[Naruto Shippuuden] Konan
Konan, Akatsuki Angel
Range hero
Starting Passive:
Paper Mastery
For every 3kill units, Konan will gain a Paper Mastery Counter. For every hero kill she will gain 1 Paper Counter aswell.
Every paper counter increase her INT ( Justsu ) +1. Max paper Counters on her will be 40. When Konan die she will loss all paper counters.
This counters will be also add, to increase her spell might. But when she use a skill she will automatic loss some amount of counters.
Using Ultimate, removes all counters from Konan.
Kami Bunshin - Paper Clone
Skill type: Hero image
Duration: 10sec
Cooldown: 15sec
Mana cost: 100
Casting time: Instant
Konan Create a Paper bunshin, Bunshin.
Bunshin got 300 hp, make 30dmg, got 0 armour.
When it dies make a Explosion. About 200dmg.
This skill use paper Masteru rule.
1lvl Max one bunshin
2lvl Max two Bunshins
3lvl Max tree Bunshins
4lvl Max four bunshins
5lvl Max five bunshins
Paper Mastery: Remove 10 counters. Exploding Bunshin make extra 100dmg.
Shikigami no Mai - Dance of the Shikigami 1*
Skill type: Hold
Duration: Depends on level
Cooldown: 30sec
Mana cost: 100 + 25 each level
Casting time: 0.5sec
Konan traps a enemy in paper.
Paper mastery rule.
1lvl Hold for 0.5 sec
2lvl Hold for 1 sec
3lvl Hold for 1.5 sec
4lvl Hold for 2 sec
5lvl Hold for 2.5 sec
Paper Mastery: Remove 15 counters. For every sec hold. The enemy loss 100hp.
Shikigami no Mai - Paper Style Dancing 2*
Skill type: AOE
Duration: ----
Cooldown: 35sec
Mana cost: 100 + 50 each level
Casting time: Instant
Range: 300 AOE
Konan unlish her power. Transforming into akatsuki angel.
She release paper shrunken from her wings, making a AOE dmg.
Paper mastery rule.
1lvl - 50 dmg
2lvl - 100 dmg
3lvl - 150 dmg
4lvl - 200 dmg
5lvl - 250 dmg
Paper Mastery: Request 30 counters in pool. Removes 30 counters. Add's 200 dmg and increase the AOE by 100.
Kami no Shisha no Jutsu - Paper Person of God Technique
Skill type: Trap
Duration: Untill a Enemy Stand on it
Cooldown: 1.30/ - 20sec every level
Mana cost: 400/ + 200
Casting time: Instant
Range: 1 AOE 300/ 2 AOE 500
Konan mix her paper jutsu with exploding tags on target area.
When Konan cast it it will be created around herself.
This skill is a trap. Anyone who steps on it will trigger it.
This skill will haw x2 AOE effects.
1 AOE, the enemy who stand on it will trigger it.
2 Its a bigger AOE, its a explosion AOE.
1lvl - 400 dmg + 2x of INT (Ninjustu)
2lvl - 600 dmg + 2x of INT (Ninjustu)
Paper Mastery: Request all Counters in pool. Removes all counters. Instead of x 2 off INT ( Ninjustu ) makes x4.
This is a build I'm also will use in my Starcraft 2 map. Since I was to lazy didn't feel like editing it for wc3.
In sc2 we will not use INT/STR/AGI anymore ;o

Since when did any hero in ABC have Int stat or mana(cept for certain one with ulti related)? U sure this is not for Battlestadium DON?
That and you must change the concept-scale to fits with wc3,not to mention an arena map.
And i had a hard time trying to understand anything at all...Need alot of fixing , more on scaling, which i cant do right now cuz im using phone.

Probably a good and unique hero suggestion, you also used good images for each spell, except for the image of konan herself. Grammars should be improved so ToM can understand it a bit more.
I would love it when his "paper master counter" or whatever you call it lol, would affect his skills. I support this.
In Addition, I would also suggest a paper as konan's missile.

Best in low qualities to *prevent* stealing models and use on other maps....what they get will be epic-ly ugly.
