No nuking skills? How this hero gonna farm? Three of her skills are buffs increasing basically AS, MS and DMG. In my opinion three buff skills are too much, 2 would be better.

2. Some raw attack hero you got there, though something else should be put for 3rd skill, since obviously anyone would want something original+unique and all...

FYI = For your infomation.
You can totally make some skills for her by your own. Have you ever seen Haruhi wearing sailor for cosplay, or you can only see her in bunny suit? Or our favorite Otaku girl shooting beams and using Unlimited Otaku Works. Just make something up, about 2~3 skills resemble to the actual anime, else you can make them. Like Aigis, she never used Papillon Heart in combat, nor it has anything to do with what i wrote in my topic, since it's delicated.(the Sun&Moon replica is a pun to myself, fail-ly named Taiyo).
So there, make some thing else for 3rd skill , or different mechanic.
That and ulti gives too much when combined with 1st skill, needs nerf + new mechanic, or something that sync with other skills.

Easy. Make alternate skill after Accel, so the cooldown won't be collided.( Learning Accel gives Accel and Double Accel, Accel activation is needed for Double accel to be effective, like Shadow Demon or Puck)
The overall of this hero is rather weak if you're going solo or farming. Raw dmg = total damage dealer -> if disabled = nothing left. Need either stun or negate disables.

Isn't this the same as BRS's?
How about 15~17% to avoid incoming physical attacks, while giving 5~8% chance to avoid any damage for 2 seconds? (untouchable i say)

Err cooldown should be increased each time you lvl this skill up.
I don't get the whole 'red part'. So you use [Q], shouldn't the skill be on cooldown? Like i said, create an alternate skill for Double.... activation, which requires [Q]'s effect. IDK if the cooldown increment will work, but i'd rather something else, like dmg based on how many seconds left before [Q]'s effect to be worn off. Say you activated [Q], 4 seconds past by, 6 seconds left until effect wears off, you use Double... which has dmg = 6 x [your ratio number].
So here's my scale :
Acccel : Increases AS by 10/20/30/40/50%, MS by 5/10/15/20/25%, lasts 8/13/18/23/28 secs, with 18/23/28/33/38 secs CD.
Double Accel : Deals dmg = [Effect time left x 25/30/35/40/45]. 500~600 AoE.

What does that mean? Please give more detail on this skill's mechanic. Deals dmg to target or AoE? What's with the 3 clones + blink strike part? Does this skill give you a buff to do it like Kanade or it's a target skill?
Too much silence time don't you think? 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 secs is more than enough in arena maps like this...wouldn't want another Miku...

Too much buffs on....everything. Increases dmg 30/45/60%, AS 25/50/75%. Why would you need MS if you have blink strikes? Instead of that, 15/20/25% life steal(stacks with item). And don't give Cleave .
