Akuto Sai, a boy who aims to become part of his country's highest order of magicians and contribute to society as one of its clergy. On the day he is admitted into the Constan Magical Academy, his aptitude test predicts the following: Future Occupation Demon Lord.

Mana Enhanced Regeneration
Sai has mastered the use of his mana and now he can recover from wounds using his own mana.

Sai recovers 1000 hp

consumes 3 mana on cast
has 25 seconds cooldown


skills
Mana Absorption(active)
Sai Akuto's control of mana can make him absorb mana of other beings. He saved a dog being possesed by mana using his ability to absorb mana. Beings absorbed of mana feels a little dizzy after they got their mana absorbed.

level1 has 10% slow, 20 seconds cooldown
level2 has 20% slow, 18 seconds cooldown
level3 has 30% slow, 16 seconds cooldown
level4 has 40% slow, 14 seconds cooldown
level5 has 50% slow, 12 seconds cooldown

has aoe of 200
Sai gets 1 mana per unit affected in the aoe
slow last for 5 seconds

Charged Attacks (passive)
Sai uses his mana to improve his physical prowess. His punches can destroy a building.

level1 increases damage by 10%
level2 increases damage by 15%
level3 increases damage by 20%
level4 increases damage by 25%
level5 increases damage by 30%

requires mana by 3 on every attack

ok this is how it works. as long as Sai has the mana, when everytime he attacks the damage dealt by his attacks are increased based on the current level of the skill. to have this effect occur, it costs him 3 mana to increase his damage on one attack.

Mana Overflow(active)
Sai makes his mana overflow from him. The overflowing mana becomes harmful and it decays anything near him.

level1 deals 60 damage per second
level2 deals 120 damage per second
level3 deals 180 damage per second
level4 deals 240 damage per second
level5 deals 300 damage per second

affects units around him in 300 aoe
has 10 seconds cooldown
drains 1 mana x skill level
this works like Tormented Soul's Pulse Nova. you have just to activate it and it would deal an immolation-like damage. I placed cd to avoid activate>deactivate>activate,etc. sequence. there are some people who likes to press the hotkey on skills like this

Remove Limiter
Peterhausen removes Sai's limiter making him able to have an infinite flow of mana.
has 110/100/90 seconds cooldown.

Remove Limiter defined
Remove Limiter is a skill which he lets Sai to have overwhelming amount of mana beyond his control. Sai undergoes a Mana Surge state where he has unlimited mana for a limited time. Peterhausen dies after Remove Limiter's duration
during Mana Surge, Sai's mana is kept at 50 during this state. even if he uses a mana-based skill his mana will not even drop.
Mana Overflows aoe gets double and the damage gets increased by 50 per level of Peterhausen
Mana Surge last for 5/6/7 seconds

Beyond gayness early, doggy style mid-late. Nerf!

1st skill : Which kind of units are you referring to? I think some kind of hp drain works better than just 1 mp/unit, and transfer drained hp to mp by a certain ratio.

2nd skill : What kind of damage? Physical ? Should be active.

3rd skill : MP drain? MP cost ? if not mp drain, duration = ? ?

Ulti : Duration for the friggin dragon please? range ?

hmmm...the first skill is for gathering mana and serves also as your escape and a somehow disable mechanism.
the second skill, refer to TK's precision. TK gets the bonus by percentage however in this skill mana is needed to have the bonus. it applies to his normal attack damage, the base and item damage.
the third skill, as mentioned it works like the skill Pulse Nova and Rot. those skill have no cooldown, the reason why it has cooldown..go up again and read it.
