Background story:
As an infant, Sai Akuto was left abandoned on a doorstep of a church due to his tragic fate, which he didn't learn about it until he grew up and went to attend Constant Magic Academy. Yes, Sai Akuto is going to become... the demon king, a entity so evil and so powerful that it nearly destroyed the world. Since then, Akuto spent most of his time trying to convince his fellow classmates that he won't turn into an evil person, but events just keep conspiring against Akuto to dig that hole deeper.

-Some percentage changed to fixed value(the amount is the same either way).
-Damage multiplier of Default Skill increased to 5.
-Cooldown of 3rd Skill increased by 10 seconds.
-3rd Skill now grants fixed bonus health regeneration instead.
-Ultimate now grants bonus health regeneration.

-Base mana reduced by 200
-1st Skill's max damage is tripled, but the spell is now channeling, drains more mana and cd increased by 5. Damage reduction also returns.
-3rd Skill healing effect's mana cost is doubled
-Ultimate now increases max mana and gives health regen bonus.

Default : Why not just 1 mana per 2 damage?! The secondary effect is automatically applied or requires manual activation?

1st skill : Too situational to be used. Looks like forced counter against mana based heroes, which isn't a wide variety of heroes and useless in many senses. If default is automatically applied, this skill is useless as you will always lose mana a hell lot in combat, the damage is good for the first 2 levels, after enemies hit level 5 it's useless. Not to mention delay.

2nd skill : He's dead meat, unless ofc he uses it alone, which makes him a walking big hp creep.

3rd skill : Needless to say, he's a big meatball. And that's all there is.

Ultimate : Like above. I don't remember physical resistance is actually there, as it's based on armor already.

He's no threat to anyone and serves as a big chunk of meat. If he tanks the damage for his allies he'd be dead in less than 6s, or even 3 if 5v5. If he does not, he lives and that's all because he can't do anything to anyone by all means of harm.

Oh right, forgot about ratios. Secondary effect automatically applied.

-Default ratio changed
-1st Skill now instant and has generally better damage. Mana restriction effect is also changed. However, cd is increased by 2 seconds and cast range reduced by 100.
-2nd Skill now absorbs less damage and grants hit point bonus based on % instead.
-Ultimate no longer grants resistance bonus and grants armor bonus instead.
