Description: A is the Fourth Raikage of Kumogakure. A's signature fighting style is to combine his taijutsu and ninjutsu to form the powerful nintaijutsu. On top of his physical capabilities, A is also skilled in lightning-based jutsu, releasing a continuous surge of electricity from his body.

Abilities

Lariat
The user charges at his opponent, striking them with a Lariat move, coated in chakra. A successful strike can blow away a target's entire chest with a direct hit. The attack is rather straightforward, but very quick and powerful.
Effect: Dashes to the target dealing damage. Enemies caught in the line also take damage. Deals more damage using Lightning Style Armour.
Type: Active, Aos.
Level 1: 150 damage Normal/200 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 2: 250 damage Normal/300 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 3: 350 damage Normal/400 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 4: 450 damage Normal/550 with Lightning Style Armour.


Elbow Bolt
A thrusts his elbow at his opponent with extreme force.
Effect: Deals damage to 1 target. Deals more damage using Lightning Style Armour.
Type: Active.
Level 4: 160 damage Normal/280 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 4: 260 damage Normal/380 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 4: 360 damage Normal/480 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 4: 500 damage Normal/580 with Lightning Style Armour.


Lightning Style Armour
By wrapping his body in a layer of lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power. This armour, combined with taijutsu, allows A to utilize nintaijutsu.
Effect: Increase Damage, Armor, AS, MS for 30 seconds. 60 seconds Cooldown.
Type: Active, Transformation.
Level 1: 20 Damage, 3 Armor, 15% AS and 20% MS.
Level 2: 30 Damage, 4 Armor, 20% AS and 30% MS.
Level 3: 40 Damage, 5 Armor, 25% AS and 40% MS.
Level 4: 50 Damage, 6 Armor, 30% AS and 50% MS.


ULTIMATE
Raiger Bomb
After covering himself in his Lightning Release Armour, the Fourth Raikage grabs his opponent and lifts them high into the air. Then, using his extreme strength, he smashes them head first onto the ground in what resembles a powerbomb manoeuvre. This is devastating enough to shatter a large area of the ground itself on impact.
Effect: Deals big damage to 1 target. Enemies caught in area take half damage. Deals more damage using Lightning Style Armour.
AOE: 600 Normal/800 with Lightning Style Armour.
Type: Active.
Level 1: 500 Damage Normal/700 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 2: 800 Damage Normal/1100 with Lightning Style Armour.
Level 3: 1200 Damage Normal/1500 with Lightning Style Armour.



Default Skill: Lightning Style Body Flicker
A charges up his Lightning Release Armour to its highest level to the point where his hair sticks up from the electrical field. Pumping in his massive chakra reserves, he combines his armour with the Body Flicker Technique, enabling him to move fast enough to even dodge Amaterasu from point-blank range.
Effect: Move instant to location.
Type: Active.
Normal Cooldown: 6 seconds. 600 Range.
Lightning Style Armour Cooldown: 4 seconds. 700 Range.

then make him an int hero :P, i support this suggestion.

raikage should be str....int would not fit him..hes a brute lol:D...i will suggest another hero {that one will be int}
