Default Ability (Passive)

Drive: Soul Eater

Ragnas drive ability allows him to suck away the souls and life of the opponents he attacks.

Every melee attack, convert 15% of damage to ragnas health
(Not stackable with Hollow Mask)

Spells

1)
Distortion Drive: Carnage Scissors

Ragna dashes towards the enemy and smashes them downwards into the ground, then follows the attack with a upward slash, releasing Darkness into an AOE.
(Each level increases range of dash, size of AOE. Decreases cool down.)
(Target spell)

Level 1-Dashes towards target,400 range, dealing 100 single unit damage, then releases upward slash, dealing 300 damage in a 300 AOE. (Cool down- 24)
Level 2-Dashes towards target,500 range, dealing 200 single unit damage, then releases upward slash, dealing 400 damage in a 350 AOE. (Cool down- 23)
Level 3-Dashes towards target,600 range, dealing 300 single unit damage, then releases upward slash, dealing 500 damage in a 400 AOE. (Cool down- 22)
Level 4-Dashes towards target,700 range, dealing 400 single unit damage, then releases upward slash, dealing 600 damage in a 450 AOE. (Cool down- 21)
Level 5-Dashes towards target,800 range, dealing 500 single unit damage, then releases upward slash, dealing 700 damage in a 500 AOE. (Cool down- 20)
(All units hit by the Darkness AOE are pushed back in a 500 range instantly)

Distortion Drive: Blood Kain

Ragna releases the power of the BlazBlue on his right arm, an extremly powerful Armagus that draws power from the boundary. This act increases all of ragnas parameters and strengthens his abilities, but slowly drains away his life.
(Active)

Level 1- Increases All base stats by 6. Drain Hp by 3% max hp per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 2- Increases All base stats by 12. Drain Hp by 6% max hp per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 3- Increases All base stats by 18. Drain Hp by 9% max hp per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 4- Increases All base stats by 24. Drain Hp by 12% max hp per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Level 5- Increases All base stats by 30. Drain Hp by 15% max hp per second. Lasts 10 seconds.
Cool Down - 40 seconds

(While Blood Kain is active, Ragna's passive - Drive: Soul Eater's health conversion increases to 40%)
(While Blood Kain is active, Carnage Scissors Initial damage and AOE release are increased by 300 damage each.)
(While Blood Kain is active, Blood Scythe of the Heros cleaving increases by 10%)
(While Blood Kain is active, Allows activation of Distortion Drive: Yami ni Kuwarero a.k.a Devoured by Darkness)


Distortion Drive: Yami ni Kuwawero a.k.a Devoured by Darkness

After the activation of Blood Kain, Ragna can grab his enemy with a giant claw of Darkness, and after clutching them, releases darkness from the ground to strike them repeatedly.
(Cannot be used unless Blood Kain is activated)
(Once activated, Blood Kain is cancelled)
(Icon replaces Blood Kain while Blood Kain is in duration.)

Single target. Melee range. Holds unit for 1 second while dealing Blood Kain level x100.

No cool down (Refreshed after activation of Blood Kain

(Used mainly for the purpose to end Blood Kain if necessary)
(Can be considered part of Blood Kain. Not a seperate spell)

Blood Scythe of the Hero

Ragna's weapon, the Blood Scythe, belonged to the legendary "BloodEdge", who was said to have stalled the Black Beast and gave hope to the world and the Six Heroes. It mainly appears as a Large sword, but transforms into a scythe according to the Situation. Its immense size and power gives Ragna an upper hand in battle. (yet not as great as his BULL***** 5b mile long leg =D)
(Each level increases bonus damage and cleaving)
(Passive)

Level 1- +10 bonus damage. 4% cleaving
Level 2- +15 bonus damage. 8% cleaving
Level 3- +20 bonus damage. 12% cleaving
Level 4- +25 bonus damage. 16% cleaving
Level 5- +30 bonus damage, 20% cleaving
(Cleaving doesn't stack with items.)

Ultimate:

Astral Heat: Black Onslaught

Utilizing the power of the Azure grimoire, Ragna strikes the opponent, then turns his sword into a scythe and slashes the opponent repeatedly, draining their soul almost entirely before disintegrating them into Darkness with a final stab.

(During the technique, Ragna and the target unit become invulnerable, and holds the target unit. Ragna and the target unit cannot attack or cast any spells during the attack - the hold lasts as long as the animation requires)

Level 1- releases 6 slashes, Creates a wing of darkness and absorbs/inflicts 500 damage, and follows up with a finishing strike. (2000 damage total)
Level 2- releases 6 slashes, Creates a wing of darkness and absorbs/inflicts 1000 damage, and follows up with a finishing strike. (2500 damage total)
Level 3- releases 6 slashes, Creates a wing of darkness and absorbs/inflicts 1500 damage, and follows up with a finishing strike. (3000 damage total)

Cool Down - 80/75/70

2nd skill

Increases All base stats by 50

No. Even with 9% hp degen. 50 bonus for Attack speed and 35% lifesteal = gg for degen. 50 bonus max health = 5k hp -> ROFL, 50 bonus base damage = 500 more dmg + lifesteal = GG.
Reduce both bonus and degen.
Possible.

3rd skill :Bonus damage = 30 ? Cleave stacks with items's?

1sr skill and 2nd skill were too powerful I think. And for the ulti, I think that is fair but idk for me the damage need more.

ic... i dropped teh damage because u absorb around 1k hp for the ultimate.... I see what u mean by the OP blood kain... i shall fix!
