Death Note?

Maybe it's because the fail of my previous suggestion......IT MAKES ME MAD!(Just kidding,take it easy)
So maybe I will suggest a death note character?This made me feels weird......Because what will a normal human like Light will use what type of weapon to fight?

Or an apple?(Totally Impossible.)

Hmm, Mainchar has the skill of Jass.
Default Passive : Able to write -... command
Skill 1 Passive : -lvlup 1 to increase lvl by 1. LVL skill = boost lvl.
Skill 2 Passive: -ms XX to increase ms to XX. (482/492/502/512/522)
Skill 3 Active: -refresh for fully healin' and shjts. (CD : 30/28/26/24/22)
Ultimate Active : -kill X to instantly kill an hero at slot X. (CD : 80/70/60)
Now, why the fk not huh?

I have decided some skill for light(for now only)

1st skill
attack enemy for summoning(actually it's calling)train.hit through the front of light(like kunkka's ultimate: coco the ship.charge for 1 second)

2nd skill
summoning meteor(or maybe something else)to hit the area(aoe styles.charge for 1 second)

3rd skill
time stops when ryuk comes the area(aoe,like faceless void's ultimate.no charge time)

ultimate
choose to kill someone in 10 seconds if light is not dead.(instant kill! but needed to charge 3 seconds) (level up the skill to reduces 1 second)

suggesting for the ultimate...
why dont we change "Kill someone in 10 seconds" to "Kill someone in 40 seconds" ?

and the cooldown need to be really long

think if haruhi or brs is fat in the game,if your timer turns to 40 second,they can kill your teammate in the 40 seconds with ease(they are FAT!),so,they will be no lost.
thats why I make him I.K for 10 seconds(level up skill to reduce 2.5 seconds and 1 second on charging)
as you can see,he is killer character but not supporter character,his skill can't help his teammate.

Very Very Very stupid. lol. might as well make his ultimate "mini tv in bag of potato chips". Gives light infinite range attack and a 10000000000000 damage boost and eats a potato chip every second healing all of his hp

no,Tsundere! His ultimate must get close to enemy,and countdown from timer,10 to 0........if light is not dead,that's mean the enemy just get an I.K
and of course......if light is dead,no more countdown

How about making it have a continuous damage effect?

In the anime, it was shown that you can kill any person through a heart attack in 40 seconds when written WITHOUT ANY CONDITION of death in the death note.

So how about making it 50% chance to damage the enemy's max HP by 5% every second for 40 seconds?

And then 50% chance to insta-kill an enemy if his HP is less than 5000?

Casting time is 2 seconds, just to make sure that Light can write the name properly in the note. It also has to be around 500 range since the condition of the Death Note shows that the user must know the face of the person to avoid same-name killing.

Light must be alive for the duration of the casting time AND/OR the 40 seconds-effect

Yes, the user must know of the person's name and face but the conditions i am talking about would be the things the victim would do before dying or how the victim would die.
