Description:
Franky is the shipwright for the Straw Hat Pirates. He is a 36 year old cyborg from Water 7 and was introduced in the story as the leader of the Franky Family, a group of ship dismantlers. He was originally named Cutty Flam until he threw away his original name for his nickname per the request by Iceburg to hide his identity. Franky and his followers were originally introduced as antagonists of the Water 7 Arc against the Straw Hats until circumstances forced them to become allies. Per the request of the Franky Family, Franky was allowed to join the Straw Hats to fulfill his dream. He is the eighth member of the Straw Hat crew and the seventh to join Luffy's crew. He is also the second member to have been a former antagonist.

Franky quickly builds stairs in mid-air that allows him to 'walk' in the air howeer the stairs dont last very long and break after a few seconds

-Franky can travel over everything and gains 200 MS (he is 'suspended' in mid-air because of his stairs), if he stays still for more than 2 Seconds this skill is Canceled

Franky replaces his current cola bottles making him recover to full strength

Default Skill 2:Fresh Fire [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]:
Franky takes a deep breath and breathes fire like a flamethrower. This is the first cyborg function that was shown in the series and so far the most commonly used function involving his mouth.

-Spurts our fire in a cone shaped form for 2 seconds dealing 3X STR every second (10-300 AOE, 800 Range)

Skill 1:Strong Right [Active] [Damage Type:Physical]:
Upon aiming at an opponent with his right arm, Franky is able to separate and fire his chained right forearm like a rocket at an opponent and reel it back in for further damage as well as recovery

Skill 2:Weapons Left [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Franky holds his left arm straight out in front with his palm facing the opponent, his arm then rotates inward and his wrist opens like a door hinge. The hole in his left hand opens up to reveal a gun sight that Franky can aim with. Franky is then capable of shooting a cannon ball.

-Fires a cannonball which Explodes upon impact with a non-allied unit
-1200 Range, 200 Collision, Cannonball travels at 800 MS and Explosion has 400 AOE
-Stuns units in the AOE for 2 seconds

Skill 3:Franky Kentauros [Active]:
Franky transforms into a Centaur by spiting his legs vertically and sliding his front set forward. While he's not physically stronger in this form he can use his four legs to grab onto an opponent and restrain them so he can launch another attack.

-Gives Franky a chance to hold and stun an enemy for 1.5 Seconds while attacking (2 seconds CD)

Ultimate:Coup de Vent [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]:
Franky connects both of his arms together with a "T" shaped pipe then aims the remaining end of the pipe at his opponent. He then sucks massive amounts of air into his abnormally large arms (thus making them grow even larger) and when he reaches critical mass he fires a cannonball of compressed air at his opponent. Apparently, Franky is capable of adjusting the power when he uses this function, resulting in various levels of power.

Ultimate CD? Don't you think the heal for the tower is to much and have a little CD? How much the Skill 3 stuns?

I wanted make suggestion about this character too, your is much better then my Franky, gj ^^.
Just add mana cost & cd to ultimate and holding from kentaurus

Edit:Increase repair by 10 seconds, and fixed some descriptions

only one thing, i think you should add some technique with the nunchaku pilar that technique is one the strongest

he only used that during thriller bark tho =/ cause there were some pillar 'laying around' xD
