Description
Kaku is first seen as one of the five foremen of Galley-La Company's Dock One and specializes in mechanics, diagnostics, and housecalls. It was Kaku that inspected the Going Merry and informed the Straw Hats that it was broken beyond repair. Later on it is revealed that Kaku is a member of CP9 operating undercover in order to obtain the Pluton blueprints from Iceburg.

Kaku is able to move incredibly fast and leap from buildings from amazing heights and distances without a scratch. His jumping abilities has earned him the nickname "Mountain Wind" (Yamakaze) during his time in Galley-La.

Default Skill 2:Rankyaku Sen [Active] [Damage Type:Physical]
Used by Kaku and Nero in a stomping action. The air is blasted straight ahead in a line towards the opponent like a bullet, instead of in a curve as witnessed in the normal version.

Skill 1:Rankyaku Ran [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
After using Geppou to launch himself into the air, Kaku stabs his swords into the ceiling to stay in the air, then launches multiple Rankyaku with both legs. Each cut is smaller than a normal Rankyaku.

Skill 2:Ushi Ushi no Mi [Active]
The Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Giraffe is a Zoan type Devil Fruit that allows a person to transform into a giraffe-human hybrid and a full giraffe.The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Kaku, is that it gives its user more strength and longer reach in their hybrid form. Initially, the powers of the fruit to turn into a giraffe and a half giraffe were mocked due to the animal itself and Kaku's rather blocky half giraffe form respectively.

Sub Skill 1:Pasta Machine [Active]
Used in half giraffe form, this is Kaku's most abnormal technique. After pulling his neck in too much from Kirin Houdai, his neck is completely gone, but his arms and legs become very long, like putting dough through a pasta machine.

-Once clicked the stat bonuses from Skill 2 are removed and replaced with new ones till the spell wears off

-Can switch between this and normal mode every 5 secs

Sub Skill 2:Rankyaku Kiri Shigure [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. After turning himself into a cube with Tekkai "Mushikaku", Kaku uses Rankyaku towards the ceiling with all four of his limbs. There, the vast mass of small Rankyaku blades bounce back, falling like rain on the enemy, making the attack difficult to block, to inflict continuous damage.

-Kaku fires 50 Little rankyakus onto a selected AOE by fireing into the sky then letting them rain down upon the AOE
-Each little Rankyaku has 100 AOE collision, Spell has 400 AOE , Each rankyaku stuns for 0.1 Second

Skill 3:Bigan
Used by Kaku, in his half-giraffe form. In this attack, Kaku uses his nose instead of his finger to perform the attack. As his nose is much larger in diameter than a finger, the hole it creates is also much larger than that of a normal Shigan, as well as being completely square.

Ultimate:Rankyaku "Amane Dachi" [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. In this attack, he spins around quickly in a circle on one hand while performing Rankyaku to create a circle shaped Rankyaku which radiates outward. The attack was powerful enough to cut through the outer walls of the Tower of Justice in all directions. It can also be used to send an enormous mass of Rankyaku at the user's opponent, to inflict massive damage. Kaku says that this is his most powerful Rankyaku.

Hey i just see the new images, look, the skill bigan you can made, when he active the mode pasta machine he can use kilimanjaro in that place, so he change bigan for kilimanjaro , and this will be perfect :P

U didnt write mana costs :b, everything looks ok but I would delete decrasing armor from ushi ushi no mi.

updated with mana-costs and removed armor reduction and added some vids, i wont add Killamanjaro cause its just bigan but... bendy? lol, woot i found a vid of pasta machine xD
