Heals an ally for 20% of the allies Max Hp,
Increases the endurance by ( 1* Rai's Level )
Increases potency by ( 0.5* Rai's Level )
And all spells Do an increased 10% damage.

Buff Lasts For 12(15 in Blood Lucifer Mode ) seconds.

When used on an enemy 1 of 2 things will happen,
1.Mind Control - Rai will be able to control the targeted unit for 1/2/3/4/5 seconds ( Constant 6 when in Blood Lucifer Mode)
2.Mind Reading - Rai will be able to read the targeted enemies moves, all attacks by the targeted enemy will miss for 3/4.5/6/7.5 seconds, also takes reduced 25 % damage from the targeted units spells.

Rai will lose 5% of his max HP to cast (0% in Blood Lucifer Mode ) these spells,
If he is under 5% of his Max HP the spell will fail.

Cooldown - 18 seconds

Blood Field(Active - Target Ground - AOE )

Rai, Being one of the few who govern blood is able to form blood out of thin air and transform it into various shapes.
AoE - 600/700/800/900/1000
DPS - 120/240/360/480/600
Duration - 4/5/6/7/8
Additional Effects - Targets within are slowed by 45%.
Has a 0.5 second cast time.
Blood Field Will Dissipate If Rai moves out of it.

Rai will lose 8% of his max HP to cast this spell,
If he is under 8% of his Max HP the spell will fail.

Cooldown - 20 seconds

Suppression ( Active - Self - Buff )

Rai being the Noblesse has immense power and can easily stop the enemy attacks.
The next targeted spell on Rai will fail. and the caster would take (Rai's Current HP(*2)/Max HP)*15/30/45/60/75% of the spells damage.

(Is this trigger possible? Nothing would happen once the targeted spell is casted except the caster gets damage.)

Rai, uses up the blood within the blood field to form a par of wings each very long.
Instantly dissipates blood field causing all units within causing 1000/2000/3000 Damage
Wings ( Similar to those of Shana without the flair(Plain Dark Red)) allows him to move over stuff with 0 collision. Rai's normal attacks would become the range of 500, and would have the animation of red typhoons, that can travel up to a range of 650, going through targets. Furthermore the use of this skill would cause numerous red typhoons, to spawn randomly around him dealing 5/10/15 % of the enemies life as damage, affects creeps.
Reduces B.A.T to 0.7

Randomly Spawned Red Typhoons Last 30 seconds each, When the ultimate is casted 25 of them are spawned and an additional 5 every 10 seconds. At a random spot 700 AoE around Rai.
Lasts 25/40/55 seconds
Cooldown 100 seconds.

Replaces Skill 2 ( Blood Field ) With Blood Typhoon

Extra Skill
Blood Typhoon ( Active - Target Enemy )
Tooltip
Forms a red typhoon around the targeted Unit,
Dealing 6/12/18% of the targeted units max life and healing Rai for 50%(i.e the damage taken ) of it.
lasts 3 seconds.
Cooldown - 15 seconds.


Rai requires needs to be over 40% of his max life to use Blood Lucifer Mode,
Requires sacrificing 15% of his max Hp.

Firstly, a picture of this guy would be nice.

Default 1: Like what Sui says, the trigger for it would be way too buggy.
1st Skill: Effect chosen by random?

Other than that, nothing much to say except it's quite a random skillset. What's this guy's role anyways?

Super secret hero yes but as a concept i'm just saying,
Default Skill 1 - Yah I'm not so sure about triggers and all that so since it's pretty hard to be made maybe have remove it off.

Skill 1 - Yes effect is randomly chosen, and i believe there are quite a few skills that scale that way ( i think ) being able to control are target ted enemy hero later isn't useless...
Skill 2 - By cost do you mean life reduction? Well I'm just following the concept of what told in the manhwa and apparently he uses up a part of his life force when ever he does something epic.
Skill 3 - You're right need something more original.
Ultimate - You're right i should some how synergise it with the rest of the spell group.

Hes pretty much the main character,
Frankly he's pretty over powered even in the manhwa,
Though they make it in such a way that he cant just randomly use his powers.

I mean... Is this guy a carry or fighter? Something like that.
