Descrption:
Sawada Tsunayoshi (Tsuna for shot) is the protagonist of Katekyo Hitman Reborn. Tsuna is a junior-high student known in school as No Good Tsuna for his poor grades, wimpy attitude, bad luck, and lack of athleticism, a fact which Tsuna freely admits. His life was practically that of a normal student until he encounters his hitman-tutor, Reborn, who reveals to him that he has been selected as a candidate for the 10th boss of the mafia family, the Vongola.

PS:the first skill is actualy used by Enma Kozato however Tsuna has gained the powers of Enma so tsuna should
also be able to use the move since he has been seen to manipulate gravity

Allows the use of Skill 1+skill 2
Natsu cannot be selected and just follows tsuna
50% chance to attack an opponent while tsuna is attacking
Na'tsu has 100 dmg
(30 sec cd, cannot summon more than 1 na'tsu lasts until tsuna dies)
Tooltips should be distinguish from description. How? check others's suggestion.

I'm fine with 100 dmg but not 50%.
Why does it have CD when you can't summon more than 1 and it lasts till u die?
'Bout the cannot be selected : Untouchable or Invulnerable? Untouchable-> Spell resist?HP?MS?AS? (Should be this one, due to skills being overpowered)

Does the attack triggered via % counted as a normal attack(attack type??)/hero attack/ or just triggered so that the affected hero has his/her HP reduced by 100 ?

NO. The maximum for this should be 50%. Gives more armor.

WTF:|? Freeze <3.5 s , silence <2~3. No friggin AoE. AoE-> 2s freeze 1.5~2s silence.

Level 3:2000 dmg per second charged 2000 more dmg with natsu
So 3 s = 8k dmg?( you can easily friggin have the natsu wev it is whenever you want with only 30s cd) wtf?60s CD WTF?

Yes it is possible for more than 1 user to suggest the same character, but also it is for the best that one should know his/her place and actually suggests something sounds good rather than spamming some **************** -> more topics -> ToM sees the huge number of topics -> Rage+ put a stop to outsiders's suggestion.

-Na'tsu has a mana system which works with tsunas ulti (2 mana regen/s, 100 max mana)

-In one hand, 2 Mana Regen/Second with 100 max mana, which means Full mana in 50 seconds, In the other hand Ultimate with 120 Seconds cooldown?. So you will have full mana 2,4x times every ulti you are able to cast, What I think, Mana regen 0,6~0,8/second.

when u mean collision aoe do u mean how much aoe between the target and the atatck for it to explode or do u mean the aoe of the dmg? cause iv already got the latter

Collision AoE means the Area around the missile that will hit enemies.
E.G. 300 Collision AoE means the missiles will have 150 Range both sides (Left and Right), enemies that are 151 range from the missile will take no damage.

You also may in case your suggestion is accepted to add some extra information such:

BAT (Base Attack Time, BAT = 1 means 1 hit/second)
Attack Animation
Casting Animation

You might give detailed info also in skills which use missiles, including Collision Size of the missile, also it's movement speed.

isnt the BAT based on the attack speed stat? and ill attempt to put the attack animations and cast animations when i can ill update if i do also ill put collision size now (i assume its measured in aoe)

Collision size is measured in AoE, you are right.
BAT means the Initial Attack Time, not counting items/nor attack speed.

Example BAT = 1,7. means that at lvl 1 you will hit 1 time each 1,7 seconds.

_Again, if possible, please provide detailed information of how you would like your hero's model to be which is : Attack animation - damage point, Casting animation (Both front swing and back swing), Base Attack Time, specific attack range, Missile speed (if ranged). (this comes from my own experience with Aigis's)

Not really needed. The basic atk animation - dmg point for ABC is 0.3 *front*/0.4 *back*. Just that if you want something different, make it clear/mark it.

For example, I asked for such details on Reki, because she's a sniper, not a ******* with blink strikes. Obviously a bullet comes from a sniper rifle must be faster than a bullet that came from a pistol, or a card thrown by a little girl. Same thing goes for the reaction of a sniper, really high when it's *front*, but obviously it must be ridiculously slow when it's *back*.

Burning Axel(Active,AOE)
-Fireball has 300 ms 200, collision size is 100 aoe
Level 1:Deals 300 damage in 60 AOE upon collision
Level 5:Deals 1500 damage in 300 AOE upon collision

-Fireball MS is 300 or 200?, Anyway I think you should increase it to 400~500 ms.
-Collision size 100 AoE? which means 50 radius, are you sure?.
-AoE upon collision should be the same every level.

Zero point breakthrough 1st edition (active) (single Target):
Level 5:Freezes the opponent for 4 seconds dealing 250 dmg/s

-Can it be dispelled with Louise's Dispel?.

XX Burner (Active):

-You didn't give information about Range/Collision Size (I guess it's a missile).

ok, updated to changelog 1.5, godknows what happend with the 300 ms, 200 thing lol and his ultimate is a BEEEAM <3 lol does that count as a missle? i added range ad for collision i put 300 aoe in a line
