The Mantello di Vongola Primo is a cloak initially used by the First Generation Vongola Boss and Guardian of the Sky Ring, Giotto. Through the future Vongola technology, the 10th Generation Boss, Tsuna, is able to use this weapon through his Box Animal. The cloak has the ability to nullify attacks using the Sky's Harmony Attribute.

The Technique used by the First Vongola and later the Ninth Vongola and Tsuna. It takes Tsuna to be in the opposite state of the Hyper Dying Will State to create ice, that can seal away Dying Will Flames and can only be melted by the Dying Will Flames.

When Tsuna fight he coats his X-gloves in sky attribute flames that make his attacks more powerful
also the flame is not just energy, it also can psysicaly burn an opponent through close-combat

Tsuna creates countless orbs which have a high intensity of gravity pulling opponents towards them this is also seen to be used in combo attacks with his flames

-What if Reduces Spell DMG by X%, Grants X armor and Deflects Missiles (e.g. Normal Ranged attacks, (If they are missiles, you cannot deflect a beam), Ranged Missile-Based Spells...., deflecting them into a random location/Where Tsuna is facing/Where Natsu is facing).
Burning Axel(Active,AOE)
Level 5:Deals 1500 damage
-Requires Na'tsu summon
-Another plain skill-cast-and-forget again.
-Add some effect in it. (Don't use DPS, its overused)
-Funny, Na'tsu has no time limit, and no CD <.<.
Zero point breakthrough 1st edition (active) (single Target):
Freezes a target for ? seconds, The ice will shatter if hit by a
spell of (500*level of ability) dmg or higher, If ice is shatterd the
player frozen is dealt (150*Level of ability) in damage
-What will happen if Nanoha's DB hits the target?, Instant dmg is lower than 500, but overall dmg is almost 1k at lvl 1.
-I just saw the image below, and it seems to hit in AoE, maybe you can do something about it.
XX Burner (Active):
Charges for 3 sec
Level 3:1250 dmg per second charged Deals 130% dmg when natsu has full mana
-Tsuna cannot move for 2 seconds after this spell
-3750 DMG + 1125 DMG if charged.
-Another Plain Skill-Charge-Cast-Forget.
-If you want this skill to be like this, Then 120s CD is too high for low DMG and no debuff/buff.
-Oh maybe you could give to Natsu or Tsuna an Inmolation X DPS while charging, dispelled after X secs after skill is casted.

Wrong, Natsu's will be the same as Tsuna's BAT.
E.G. If Tsuna's BAT is 1,5 (1 hit every 1,5secs), then Natsu's BAT will be 1,5, just that Natsu's AS will be decreased by 50%, something like BATx2.
But instead of Scaling 3 BAT to 1,5 BAT, better set to both of them same BAT, decreasing AS by 50% in Natsu.

Natsu passive is boring, you have to choose when to summon it.
The idea I had in mind is, add an Inmolation (300 AoE), around the Huge FireBall you gonna release (not around Natsu nor Tsuna), this way, the enemies that stay close to you will take DPS, forcing them to move.
My idea is, Inmolation lasts 3s (While charging) plus the travelling time, dealing X% Max HP/second. Up to you.
E.G. If Tsuna's BAT is 1,5 (1 hit every 1,5secs), then Natsu's BAT will be 1,5, just that Natsu's AS will be decreased by 50%, something like BATx2.

5% max hp/s while charging, after firing it the aoe turns to 600 and deals 3% max hp/s
-Skill can be charged up to 3 seconds, increasing its DMG.

K, Ty for helping me fix the descriptions , i made a few little changes to the descriptions u gave me, i think it should be fine now, also i added latest picture of Tsuna at the bottom (for model editing IF this gets accepted =P)

o btw. tsuna learned a new move. i forgot wat it was called but its the xburner without him releasing blasts in opposite direction, rather he shoots both of his hands into one direction, sending him flying back but doing 2x the power >.<. Dunno if you even care but just spreadin the knowledge.

-Tsuna cannot move for 2 seconds after this spell
-Max Charging=3 Seconds,immolation lasts for 2 seconds after firing
This part goes to Tooltips into the following form:
-Damage Type to the skill title.
-Tsuna is unable to move for 2 seconds once this spell is casted.
-Charging already written in tooltips, and why did you write 2 seconds if:
-After firing, the XX-Burner Deals 3% MAX HP/Second For 3 Seconds after the initial DMG
