This is my first suggestion, so I am 105% sure that his will be full of mistakes. I don't even know how to color the words so I'm going to mark them more brightly. ONWARDS TO THE FAILURE OF A SUGGESTION!

Background Story

Shameimaru Aya, a crow tengu, is one of the reporters of Youkai Mountain, and is known quite widely among the land. She publishes her own newspaper, The Bunbunmaru News. She cheerily does her job and is tenacious in meddling with everyone for news. She has a shameless reporting style, tends to exaggerate events, and expresses her own personal opinions in her articles. As a result so other characters find her to be a nuisance and many avoid being in her newspaper. Her fighting skill however, is not something to underestimate, as her job makes her a great ‘grazer’ of projectiles, and her tengu blood gives her superior speed. Her unique camera allows her to absorb certain projectiles and even defy logic.

First Skill - Photo Flash [Target - Enemies] [Damage Type - Enhanced]

Aya’s camera allows her to absorb almost any sort of projectile and at the same time takes a picture. She uses this camera whenever she takes pictures of spellcards, for articles, and sometimes when on brawls with enemies. With Aya’s speed, it is unknown when or where she might take an embarrassing picture of anyone vulnerable.

Target AOE is 450. Enemies targeted are damaged and stunned from the flash. Due to her camera's energy absorbing qualities, she weakens enemies for a short moment. Casting Range is 450

Level 1 – Provides 300 damage. Stuns enemies for 0.1 second and lowers enemy damage by 5% for 4 seconds
Level 2 – Provides 450 damage. Stuns enemies for 0.2 second and lowers enemy damage by 10% for 4 seconds
Level 3 – Provides 600 damage. Stuns enemies for 0.3 second and lowers enemy damage by 15% for 4 seconds
Level 4 – Provides 750 damage. Stuns enemies for 0.4 second and lowers enemy damage by 20% for 4 seconds
Level 5 – Provides 900 damage. Stuns enemies for 0.5 second and lowers enemy damage by 25% for 4 seconds

Cooldown Time – 25 seconds

Second Skill - Pelting in the Night - Passive

Aya can call upon a flock of crows to support herself in battle. While attacking the enemy, there is a chance that a flock of crows would appear out of nowhere and attack the target. The flock can deal a good amount of damage but lasts very shortly and they scatter when attacked. This is the reason why Aya barely uses her allies. If the flock loses all their hp they scatter/die.

Flock deals 100 damage per second and has 20% chance to be summoned while Aya is attacking

Level 1 - Flock has 300 hp and if not killed lasts for 3 seconds.
Level 2 - Flock has 600 hp and if not killed lasts for 6 seconds.
Level 3 - Flock has 900 hp and if not killed lasts for 9 seconds.
Level 4 - Flock has 1200 hp and if not killed lasts for 12 seconds.
Level 5 - Flock has 1500 hp and if not killed lasts for 15 seconds.

Third Skill - Gust "Suratahiko's enemy - [Target Anything, enemy] [Damage Type - Enhanced]

Aya performs a high-velocity dash shrouded by wind. Using the winds to achieve maximum acceleration, she can charge at the enemy with high force and damage. Range of this attack is 450 and Aya moves at 380 speed during the attack.

Level 1 - Deals 350 damage on a path. Stuns enemies for 0.5 second
Level 2 - Deals 550 damage on a path. Stuns enemies for 1 second
Level 3 - Deals 750 damage on a path. Stuns enemies for 1.5 second
Level 4 - Deals 950 damage on a path. Stuns enemies for 2 seconds
Level 5 - Deals 1150 damage on a path. Stuns enemies for 2.5 seconds

Ultimate - Illusionary Dominance - Target Enemy - Damage Piercing

This was one of Aya's much stronger abilities. She can manipulate the winds to greatly boost her speed and repeatedly attack a target. Once a target was attacked, they would be trapped. She repeatedly dashes past the target (at around 450 diameter :Don't know how to explain this:)and damages them (Total of 12 dashes). The main target always receives 50 more damage for each dash from Aya. Aya is invulnerable while using this ability. Each dash takes 0.25 sec

Level 1 - Each dash deals 100 damage to any enemy that she dashes past.
Level 2 - Each dash deals 250 damage to any enemy that she dashes past.
Level 3 - Each dash deals 400 damage to any enemy that she dashes past.

Failure ends here, any suggestions? Please?

Edit 1 - I edited the 1st, default and 3rd skill and added in some colors. Can't believe I didn't see where it was. Also planed to change 2nd skill sometime.

Edit 2 - I can't seem to find the latest of the status.

Edit 3 - I fixed the status and a few of the abilities. Anything else wrong and needs to be changed?

-I suggest more slow and less duration.
-Too much CD.

Third Skill – Gale Fan
Cooldown Time – 60/54/48/42/36

-Too much CD.

Not bad for a first suggestion.
But you should use color, my eyes hurt.

Whaddya mean by per moving? Did you mean per distance traveled? Like 3hp/s per 100 distance traveled?

Other comment: CD is too much

Personal comment: I'd prefer you use Aya's spell cards as skills in this hero suggestion rather than some random skills she has. But, it's up to you. I just like it that way

When moving (not per moving), as in, moving. When she moves, gain passive regen according to the skill's level.

With cds like that, you can't even farm. Which is rather stupid in an arena map. If you can't farm, unless you have uber last tier skills, you're fucked.


About the suggestion, I'll take it quick.

  • 1. No colors, me no likey.

  • 2. The MS is reflected in the Movement speed bar already. And the stats are from the old ones, please update to newest attributes' names.

  • 3. Default. Why would you give her 250% MS? Prevent slows? She is granted 20% evasion? Does it stack with other evasion, or are you referring to triggered heal? I presume the 0.75 more damage as in +75% dmg. The second part is really misleading.
    Also, due to the handicap of the skill, I would also presume that this skill's base is Wind Walk? Then she would have no collision with units?

  • 4. 1st. Reason why its damage type should be universal? The cooldown is way too long, the damage is hardly effective to anything, the slow is total useless, the bonus gold is as good as a creep camp with 5 creeps in it.

  • 5. 2nd. There's no such thing as evasion towards certain type of attacks, unless you're using triggered evasion of some sort, but I do not believe you would ever think of that. Even so, it's pretty much useless, unless all the bonus evasion stacks, but then it would be too gay. The first effect is already used in Yuuji's passive, the bonus HP regen is not even remotely of any actual benefit, the damage block looks pathetic.

  • 6. 3rd. By that, you mean each gale deals 100 damage? At level 5 it takes 1.5s to do what anyone else could do in 0.2s, and it has no other special bonus to make up for that asides the small knockback that is not good at all.

  • 7. Ultimate. What can be dispelled ? I presume the duration of the invulnerable is at least 5s, since that's the duration of the dps tornado? I'd say this seems like a non-channeling version of Enigma's Black Hole, except the part that any units caught are fully disabled, which should've been done to this skill since it would look like Reimu's Ultimate, doing less damage and less disables for the ability to move.

I still can't find a way to properly quote without messing up but I did change all the skills. I added the colors and updated the stats. I knew I was going to mess up at first.

But maybe this updated version is a lot better?

  • The stats are still from the old ones, please update to newest attributes' names in 1.2

  • Default. Damage is hardly noticable later on and it's like a lesser version of Shana's 2nd skill in flying mode. Something else would you please.

  • 1st skill : CD scaling is rather ridiculous. What the heck is damage type force? Casting range? Though, being taken a photo has nothing to do with being slowed down, logically wise.

  • 2nd skill : Obviously defense stacks, but the bonuses are seriously low. A normal armor at level 1 gives you like, 3 armor ? And why would you give her a tank-ish skill while she's not even a tank of any kind? Close by, how close is that?

  • 3rd skill : Again, the scaling is ridiculous. It's too good at lvl 5 and too lame at lvl 1, yet the price to pay is not that great, as the scaling sucks, like I already stated.

  • Ultimate : You have yet to answer my questions. And this is as much as a lesser Reimu's ulti.

Still, CD is too much.

1st skill - try at least 18s constant CD? It's an OP skill to have 30s CD on lvl1
2nd skill - 25-30s CD for me. 11s CD is just way too OP
3rd skill - again, CD is too much.
Ultimate - if this so called "close by" is 400AOE, how about the area attack DPS? and 15-20-25% slow for a tornado is underpowered IMO.
