Hayate has had to work to support his parent's bad habits since the age of eight, always moving from job to job, as he is fired when he is discovered to be underage. Hayate's dad is unemployed and his mother is a compulsive gambler, which leads inevitably to their bankruptcy.

Name of Hayate
Hayate's name means "Gust of wind" in contrast to Nagi , which means "Windless, calm". He is named by his parents because they want him to run "faster like a wind to avoid Debt collector".

Skills:
Sword Mastery
Hayate greatest skill in fighting is with swords. He was trained by Athena to use swords at an early age, and by wielding Masamune he was able to defeat King Midas and free Athena from his possession.

Equip Hayate with sword, Add a 15% chance to critical, 10% Attack speed and damage for a seconds and give him cleaving attack by 35%
Level 1: Increased for 15 second, critical 1.25x
Level 2: Increased for 20 second, critical 1.35x
Level 3: Increased for 25 second, critical 1.5x
Level 4: Increased for 30 second, critical 1.75
Level 5: Increased for 40 second, critical 2x
Cooldown: 30/35/40/45/50 seconds

Inazuma Kick
Hayate started to jump, then begin to kick his enemy, and break it's armor, may broke enemy bone

Superhuman Strength
Blessed with Superhuman strength, Hayate essentially invincible with physical prowess far surpassing any normal human being. Hayate once parried a sword thrust easily with just two fingers.

Ultimate
Like A Hurricane
This near-death skill was used by Hayate when he gathered all his strength and power to
unleash a kamikaze-type attack with flashing speed as the name
reads " Like A Hurricane" to save his lady Nagi froman evil giant robot. With its almighty destructive power it renders the users body helpless after use as Hayate felt like every bone in his body broke.

Fastly, Charge hayate to targetted enemy, damage everyone near him while charging, then decrease his hp and stop his health regeneration for a while an slow hayate's speed by 50% for 3 second. cast range 1500
Level 1: Damage 1000 + 20x Hayate's Base damage, 5% damage to line, decrease 50% hayate hp and turn off his regeneration for 30 second
Level 2: Damage 1500 + 50x Hayate's Base damage, 10% damage to line, decrease 65% hayate hp and turn off his regeneration for 20 second
Level 3: Damage 2000 + 80x Hayate's Base damage, 15% damage to line, decrease 75% hayate hp and turn off his regeneration for 10 second
Cooldown: 200/160/120 (The base damage is the white one on stats)

Example for ulti
Hayate no gotoku ( Like a hurricane):

(Ulti level 3)
if hayate's base damage is 100 in level 18
Hayate then cast the ulti and damage 80x100+2000=10000 damage (because the ulti is level 3)
then if hayate's hp is 10000, it will be decreased 7500 and it will not regenerate for 10 second
and damage to line for 1500 damage

OK. I am very disappointed at first since that I currently making skill set for the same character.

Back to the hero, the default cool down seems to be fast for having a max MS so I would suggest making the cool down by 40 sec.

Second, I would suggest that lessen the time of the buff of Sword Mastery and lessen it's cleave bonus. I think that making it by 20,25,30,35,40 would be good(at the cleave) and the time buff would be like 10,15,20,25,30.

Third, make the bullet in line of 25. That should be good enough since that this skill would only work as a farming skill anyway.

About the Superhuman strength, I let the other member to say what they want on it since that I see this one as a big bonus again and I doubt that giving any resistance damage idea from me would be good to hear so I let them to say what they notice.

And I would not say anything at the Like a Hurricane since that again I do not see myself good enough to put good suggestion about it.

Since that you already suggest Hayate, I will drop my idea about him

Increase movement speed to max for 10 second
Cooldown: 30
Collision? Is this a buff? Can the user be slowed?
No, 10 seconds is too much.
Equip Hayate with sword, Increasing his base damage by 2x, chance to 2x damage critical, 10% Attack speed for a seconds and give him cleaving attack

Level 5: Increased for 40 second, Cleaving 70%
Doubles which base damage, stat or raw? Does dmg gain from attributes|Other buff|Items included? Chance to 2x crital = ? ? Your description killed me.
Too much cleave. Cleave AoE = ? , does it stack with item's? As N.E said, make its duration 10/+5 each lvl.

Hayate can wield HK MG3 single handed, then shoot all enemies in front of him.

How many bullets is shot per sec? AoE? Radius? DMG type?

Level 5: 30%, Increase Hayate defense by 18, reduce magic by 55%
Ridiculously huge. 55% magic reduction are you srs?
Is this a buff? Does magic reduction stacks with item's (later on)? Skill is activated before or after taking damage?
And even if many skills in here are Chaos/Pure/Uknown damage type,not all skills are, just for you to take notice for better rescaling.

Ulti : Base Damage as in stats or what? Are stats/ damage from attribute/ items included? Can it be casted with user under ??% hp? Cast range? How fast does he charge? Is he invul/ magic invul when charging? Collision?

I have calculated this guy's stats based on what is his given stat is, the one he gave is too high for all I know when you sum up all of the bars (=) is always 26 or 27 but he gave this char a sum of 30.
stats at level 1 stats at level 30
total hp: 1100 total hp: 2500
health: 2 health: 2
attack speed: 4 attack speed: 24
bage damage: 5 base damage: 41
damage: 90 damage 410

so if Like A Hurricane lvl3 is 100x base damage
then the damage is 4100. however, with sword mastery base damage x2 x100
the damage will be 8200.

and I see that sword mastery is spammable O_O

The numbers of coloured stats ( = ) should be around 27~32
Well i stated this before.
These bars even now and then still give me a headache.Wait how can you calculate his stats without stat growth @@.

IDK why did ToM and Deckai decided to give +dmg stat the name of Base Damage, which is very confusing. And i hope it's the stat in the skills that he's talking about.

He did not mention the mechanic so it's brain crushing to calculate.
So if the Ulti dmg base on raw stat without green one -> 3.7~>4k dmg. The sacrifice is too much so i think this is not how it is.
If 1st skill increase raw stat directly to raw stat -> >8k dmg.
If 1st skill increase all possible stat directly to raw stat -> >15k dmg.
If the guy has Frost whatever, which gives 30 BD stat -> >17.5k dmg.
If Ulti dmg based on all possible stat -> max 72 bonus green stats -> >11k dmg.
If 1st skill increase raw stat -> >15k dmg.
If 1st skill increase all possible stat -> >21k dmg.
If the guy has Frost whatever, which gives 30 BD stat -> >22.5k dmg.

My original idea was to depict the growth in stats and make status starting stats. It doesn't matter much latter in the game actually, just a lulz level up at early game can boost your stats and save your ass.

Back to the suggestion

OK this is how I see from the suggestion and comments done to my ideas before.

Sword Mastery duration were too long for its cooldown.

At the second skill, how many second this skill last?

At the 3rd skill, the effect were fine but the description is where I am against that is if you are reading it's manga(reason coming from a fan) except from the armor.

Ulti, seems to be a overpowered damage even having that recoil. And probably this will be ask, does the damage computation will stack to the items +bonus base damage?


And about the skill I have to him, so far I only have the ulti and the default.We have the same ulti but I have to do more fixing to my ideas about him before doing his other skill.

2nd skill : Duration for armor decrease = ? for slow = ? CD should be constant 18~24.
Is armor decrease = buff? Does it stack with items's or others's buffs?
Damage dealt before or after armor reduction? Damage type=?

3rd skill : Defense, ok sure,Dispel-able?Do creeps's attack affect this skill? Can they stack with themselves?

Srsly, did you read all of my comments?
The damage you said = initial right? what about AoE/range for 'line' ? Does this affect the original target? I see no point in LOL hp reduction while the guy actually can't have over 50 white base damage, meaning 6k dmg at max.

For armor decrease is 4 second, the slow is 6 second, armor decrease cannot be dispelled and does not stack with item's and other buff

If it casted under 20% hp, there's a chance hayate will dead or slowed for 60 second. for how fast while he is charging, if you ever played hungry hungry felhound 0.99 , hayate's charge is like the felhound under 10x kamehameha xD. and he is invulnerable. there's a collision and once he charge, cannot be stopped.

Its kind of make hayate become the projectile for the ulti itself
