Description:
Kazuma is a former member of the Kannagi household.
He was banished from the family by his father after being defeated by Ayano during the successor
ceremony for "Enraiha", his family's sacred sword, due to his inability to use Enjutsu.
In the light novel it is mentioned that Kazuma was found to have great potential in all other jutsu.
Four years later, at the age of twenty two, he returns to Japan as a skilled master of Fūjutsu.
As a "Fūjutsushi" Kazuma's powers are extensive.
Apart from being able to fly even while holding three people
Kazuma can launch blasts of wind that act as blades
and manipulate wind spirits to create a barrier
protecting his body from physical harm or reflecting light in order to camouflage himself

Default skill #1:
Contractors Powers (active,buff):
Kazuma is also a Contractor, having entered into a contract with the Wind spirit king.
Thanks to that, Kazuma is able to draw upon all wind spirits,in the atmosphere, which can amplify his powers, and allow him to heal his wounds. However, this ability puts a strain on his body.
Also, when Kazuma is extremely angered, his eyes turn crimson red and his wind turns black and he
is seen using mind reading powers.

-Once activated spells deal 1.5X damage
-If an ally dies within 500 aoe of kazuma his skills damage descreases by 10% for each death
For Example:A spell does 1000 dmg will do 1500 after activation but after there has been 5 kills around him it will do 750

-damage reverts after de-activation
-does not affect Vortex shield

Wind spirits(passive):
Kazuma is able to draw upon all wind spirits
in the atmosphere, which can amplify his powers

Each .5 of a second kazuma stands still he gets 1 wind counter
and if he uses a spell without moving or atatcking, that spell will have a bonus
of its effectiveness by 3% for each counter (does not affect his shield)
Example:10 counters makes a moves damage increase by 30% and makes
a healing move heal 30% more
-counters are lost if kazuma moves or attacks
-10 max counters
-does not effect Vortex shield



Skill 1:
Wind Scythe (active):
Kazuma can manipulate wind into blades of wind which are powerful
enough to slice even reinforced steel

blade of wind that causes knockback for 0.5
of a second, 10% chance to launch 2 blades

Vortex Shield(passive):
Since kazuma is in a contract with the wind spirit king he
is protected by the wind and he is surrounded by a vortex like wind
shield that protects him from most attacks

Kazuma absorbs wind spirits to help him heal his and

Ultimate:
Crushing Air Pressure(AOE Targetable):
Kazuma concentrates all his wind power into forming a giagantic
'tornado' like air stream which descends from the sky crushing
opponents with strong air pressure not allowing them to move

500 aoe and stuns them for the duration of the ulti
-any opponent around the tornado (not in the 500 aoe but 200 aoe around it)
is dealt 25% of the damage and is stunned every 1 second for 0.3 of a sec

Level 2:Deals 1000 dps

-cannot be interupted (is invunerable during spell)

Ps:yup yet another suggestion i think this will be my last in a while =3

isnt that the contract suppose to be the ulti? That is if we are following the exact way how the skills in the anime works.

Anyway, beside from that question, you did a great job composing skills cause I myself tried it before and I cant think of skills that can fit for him.

yh i thought that at first but i watched the anime and realized he only uses contract powers to use strong moves like the ulti and kazuma himself said that contract powers arent as godly as they supposedly are, and ty =D

  • What's with 90 dmg, 600 range? The damage is covered by the amount of Base Damage
  • The color for average stat is yellow, not orange.

Default skill
_Contract with the wind spirit :
  • Really with the name?
  • Not much of a problem with the damage increasing, but do separate TOOLTIPS and EXAMPLE.
  • Shouldn't anger increase one's power?

_Wind spirits :
  • Maximum amount of counter is ?
  • How would the damage be increased?

1st Skill
_Wind Blades :
  • You have naming problems.
  • I have no idea what the frick are you trying to do with that skill.
  • He has a chance, and how much? How will they get 'weaker'? How are they 'quicker', as you didn't mention the [blades of wind]'s MS.
  • It gets ?% weaker each 100 range, and how does it get weakened? The previous reduced damage or the original one?
  • 1200 = casting range or effective range?
  • Too much for 18s cooldown.

2nd Skill
_Protection from the wind spirit :
  • *facepalm* name
  • Weak. Waste a skill slot for the effect that is even less than an item.

3rd Skill
_Wind Spirits :
  • *facepalm* Same name with default skill 2.I'd rather you merge the two skills into 1, and make the default's effect passive.
  • Confusing description, tooltips, effect tooltips.
  • Heals 50% max HP at lvl 5. Takes 5s doing nothing. Miku heals 5% less but instantly. Your call if this skill is worth it.

Ultimate]
_Tornado Formation :
  • Wow naming...you killed me
  • So they're not allowed to move, they are stunned (WTF? What kind of fucking tornado that stuns? It blows the sh*t out of you and make u fly in circle!), and as the tooltips stated, it deals 25% damage for those who are in 200 AoE? (I know what you mean, but what you wrote is plain wrong)
  • 3s stun(or wev disable) in 800 AoE is TOO MUCH, even with that low damage.


I am not happy with male heroes. Don't expect me to not show any sarcastic.

k just changes all of that i think did i miss anything?
-changes in changelog
anyway in the anime kazuma gets mad at ppl and starts killing and when he fought ayano again she realized he was much weaker and she almost beat him till he bacame calm again and owned her, i guess its since the spells are to do with concentration, you cant concentrate when you are angry can you? also the ulti, i guess it works like a electric fan or sumthing it looks like a tornado but it sucks wind in through the top and accelates it, by rotating, to the bottom crushing whatever is there

-Unless you ask ToM and Deckai to create ABC 11vs11 you won't be able to reduce your own spell damage by 50%.
-Anyway you can team up with Creeps, just try to persuade them, they will be happy to help you to lower your damage.

Wind spirits(passive):
if he uses a spell without moving

-What if he attacks?, it's a move after all.

Wind Scythe (active):

-Collision AoE?.

Vortex Shield(passive):
-Chance to knockback a meele attacker dealing 5x base damage

-Is this skill affected by any of his default lowering/improving it's knockback Damage?.

Healing Spirits(healing,Active,single target):
Level 5:regenerates 5% hp evey .5 of a second
-regenerates his or his allys hp and gives them
-lasts 5 seconds

-AoE or Single Target?, since it regenerates his (Single Target) or his allies HP (AoE?, or only 1 ally?)
-50% Max hp healed upon AoE is imba, Nerf it.

Crushing Air Pressure:
Forms a 'tornado' like air stream which crushes opponents in
500 aoe.
-cannot be interupted

-Does he create the tornado Around him or AoE targetable?.
-Cannot be Interrupted means he is Magic Inmune/Invulnerable/Cannot be pushed?.

You might add Damage Type on every skill.

Spell, Physical, Uknown or Universal.

You also may in case your suggestion is accepted to add some extra information such:

BAT (Base Attack Time, BAT = 1 means 1 hit/second)
Attack Animation
Casting Animation

You
might give detailed info also in skills which use missiles, including
Collision Size of the missile, also it's movement speed.
