[Item]Nyan cat

Hi guys. sry for being such a noobish cuz im new in this forum & my english isn't so good...

So I like to suggest an Item named nyan cat.

Nyan Cat
Nyan cat/Pop tart cat is a Flying cat with a body of a Pop-Tart, leaving a rainbow behind the cat.
Nyan cat can make everyone who walks behind it slowed.

If targetted to enemy, Nyan cat will follow the enemy that being targetted and leaving a rainbow track. the rainbow track will deal (2/3/4/5/6% HP) damage persecond to every enemy who step on it and slow for (10/15/20/25/30)% , and if allies step on it, the allies will regaining (1/1.5/2/2.5/3)% Health Per second. The targetted enemy slow is (20/25/30/35/40)%. Last for 5 second
Cooldown : 20

(You can say its like spectre dagger + Batrider Firefly, but without turning off unit collision)

And, if nyancat is level 5 then..
you can upgrade nyancat to something more. by buying some item.
The items is
Nyanpills: Increase Nyancat effect duration by 2, and increase speed to ally by 30%
Cost: 7500
Rocketnyan: Increase Nyancat Damage by 6.5, and increase speed to ally by 40%
Cost: 10000
Bubblenyan: Increase ally health regain by 4%
Cost: 5000
Supernyan: Increase Nyancat effect duration by 4, increase speed to ally by 50%, slows enemies movement speed by 40%, and increase damage by 8%
Cost: 20000
Magnetnyan: If there nearby enemy on nyan cat rainbow, the enemy will be sucked to the rainbow and cannot get out, increase slow movement speed by 50%

Changelogs:
1.1 Nyancat can be upgraded to something more :D

That guy is untouchable in every way, doubt he's even registered as an unit.

The item's gonna be nerfed to oblivion anyway.

lol by the way the nyan cat actually has a source and the name of the actual song is mistakenlly called the "nyan cat" by many people, the original song is actually called 'nyanyanyanya' by vocaloid Hatsune Miku and someone used another program, UTAU (with similar properties as vocaloid but is free and most sound not as human like as vocaloid(there are exeptions)) momome momo, one of the voice banks(and characters) from UTAU to sing a cover of the song 'nyanyanyanya' and later someone else took the audio from the cover and put the video of that cat thing can mistaken the word 'nya' and added another 'n' from the other 'nya' and called it 'nyan' and for some reason most people call the song 'nyan cat' with its original name and source uknown to most
