[Item Suggestions] Character Items

i think we should add char items that like make some spells chaos or increase damage of them but heroes are only limited to 1 each and they cost 4k Each

OnePiece:

Luffy's Strawhat:
-Gives 15% MS and 20% AS
-Reduces Gomu Gomu no Rocket CD by 4
-Increases Ultimate damage by 4X AGI Chaos
-Increases Gear's duration by 10 Seconds
-Gives 5 Armor and 5HP Regen



Zoro's Katana:
-Gives 30% AS and 5 to STR and 15 to AGI
-Increases Ittouryu Sanjuuroku pound hou damage by 2X STR each wave
-Adds a final hit that deals 5X AGI Chaos damage to Ultimate
-Reduces the CD of all spells by 3 Seconds
-Gives 30 Attack



Nami's Climact Tact:
-Gives 400 HP and 20 to INT
-Increases Mirage tempo duration by 5 Seconds and increase damage by 20%
-Increase the AOE of Thunderbolt tempo by 400
-Gives 15% spell Res and 20 attack



Ace's Dagger:
-Gives 20% MS and 30% AS
-Increases Hiken Damage by 1.5X
-Gives 500 Mana and 300 HP
-Adds a 2 second stun to Enkai: Hibashira
-Increases Entei's final hit damage by 3X AGI + 2X STR Chaos Damage



Crocodile's hook:
-Active skill: Poison Hook
Each malee attack deal 0.4xSTR chaos damage slow by 15% for 3 sec. (effects not stack)
Duration: 20
CD: 35
-Adds 25 damage
-Adds 3xSTR to passive
-Desert Encierro is finished with hook attack that deals 3xSTR damage and knockback enemy for 80 range stun for 1 sec.



Dragonball Z:

Goku's Fighting Outfit
-Gives 15 Str and 5 HP Regen
-Gives 0.05 Str gain per a creep kill
-Increases kamehameha damage by 5X Str Chaos
-Reduces spirit bomb cast time by 2 seconds and AOE by 200



Vegeta's Saiyan Armor:
-Gives 20 STR and 30% AS
-Increases Galic gun's Damage by 3X Str and Big bangs AOE by 200
-Adds 3 after hits to Final Flash which deal 1.5X Str Chaos damage each
-Adds 10 Armor and 20 Attack



Piccolo's Outfit:
-Incrase gained xp by 30%
-Add 20 STR
-Decrase ultimate cd by 15 sec
-Adds 2xSTR/s chaos damage to ultimate
-Incrase ultimate range by 550
-Adds 5 armor



Broly's Restrictive Ring:
-Gives 20 Str and 500 Mana
-Decreases Eraser Cannon CD by 5 Seconds and Increases damage by 3X STR Chaos
-Increases Giagantic Meteors Damage by 5X STR Chaos
-Increases 20% MS and gives ability Broly Unleashed:
-Gives 30% MS and 50% MS and 40% attack, lasts 10 Seconds, 40 Second CD



Naruto:

Naruto's Headband:
-Gives 200 HP and 10 HP regen
-Increases clone time by 5 seconds and make them dissapear after 2 hits instead of 1
-Increases RasenShuriken damage by 0.3X STR Chaos every 0.5 Second
-Decreases Kyuubi form CD by 10 Seconds



Sasuke's Kusanagi Sword:
-Gives 20% MS and 20 Attack
-Reduces Susanoo CD by 15 Seconds
-Adds a Global Slow during Kirin
-Gives 200 more MS during Chidori and increases Damage by 3X AGI Chaos
-Gives a On/Off ability Lightning Chakra Manipulation: Kusanagi that gives 5% slow to enemys every hit for 3 seconds (stacks)
-Costs 5 Mana per a second, activated via item



Sakura's gloves:
-Incrase Power Strike duration by 10 sec/ 10 attack's
-10% chance to deal chaos DMG
-Incrase slow from ulti by 2.5 sec
-2xINT and 3xSTR damage to Earth Split



Kakashi's ''Make Out Paradise'' Book:
-Gives 15 AGI and 50 MS and AS and increases Lightning Wolfs Damage by 0.5X AGI each wolf
-Increases Raikiris damage by 300
-Mangekyo Sharingan can be cast for 3 seconds longer
-Give counter spell 'One-Thousand Years of Death'
-Once clicked kakashi starts reading his book, upon being attacked by an enemy he teleports behind them an 'Damages' them dealing 4X AGI Chaos and knocking back 400 Range, 40 Second CD

There was similiar post by Infern, you should check that one out and maybe he can just update it so there wont be 2 same topics

his was for normal items, mine are for hero exclusive (only work on the right hero)

Piccolo item is OP. I mean that 3xstr to ulti is to much. His ulti is already strong. Maybe 2x.

kakashi item is op seriously :S

I think that "skills" should base on "Abilities/Stats" that make skill fit through out the whole game

it doesn't need to have item to make it like that

may be add some effect when they got it too :p

Got idea with special effect, like in DotA lol.
For example Piccolo special effect can be his model with cloak.

Raikiri +300 dmg and mangekyou 3 sec longer, thats imba dmg

not really, considering i could just put +4x agi and if you have 100agi thats 400 dmg, plus mangekyos fine, it can be canceled easly, 3 secs aint much more only 1.3X dmg

so you remove + 500 range to water spell on kakashi right :D
