Description:Usopp was born in Syrup Village. He is the sniper of the Straw Hat Pirates and former Captain of the Usopp Pirates. When Usopp was first introduced, he was often labeled as the "Liar" of the Straw Hat Pirates, due to the "Uso" in his name meaning "lie" or "falsehood".After the two year timeskip, Usopp has grown his hair longer. Being slightly taller and more muscular than before. Usopp now has a new pair of goggles around his neck and has some headphones or ear protectors on. He also now has a little goatee along with a new white suncap he wears on his head. He also has a new pair of rolled-up yellow pants with red suspenders,and a pair of boots. His trademark yellow satchel has been replaced with a red one, but he still has his blue and white striped wrist band on his left arm.

Sub-Skill 1:Midori Boshi: Sargasso [Active]
Usopp fires a Pop Green at his target, which then explodes into an arrayof resilient seaweed, strong enough to delay an avalanche of rock and earth.

-Gives allies within 400 AOE of it 15 Armor

Sub-Skill 2:Midori Boshi: Rafflesia [Active]
Usopp fires a Pop Green at his enemy, not aiming for them specifically but a place near them. The pop green reveals a rather large Rafflesia flower. The flower then excretes a foul smelling odor, disabling the enemies with its stench. This was first used against Hody Jones and his men.

-Sends a Destructable flower in a selected AOE that releases a stench that slows enemy and reduces their armor
-Flower is 300 AOE big, has 800 HP and 0 Defense, it is spell resistant, Lasts 10 Seconds
-Stench goes for 800 AOE, reduces Non-Aliied units AOS and MS by 25% and reduces their armor by 4
-26 Second CD


Sub-Skill 3:Midori Boshi: Dokuro Bakuhatsu So
Usopp shoots a Pop Green that explodes upon impact. It releases a dense cloud of gas in the shape of a skull.

-Fires a gas cloud at a selected AOE, 600 AOE
-Poisons Opponents for 60 DPS and slows MS by 40% for 4 Seconds
-Shared CD with Sub-Skill 2



Default Skil 2:Impact Dial [Active] [Damage Type:Uknown]
A Dial that absorbs any blows directed to it and can release them back at the attacker. Usopp can thus use this to absorb a powerful blow such as Luffy's Gomu Gomu no Bazooka and release it back at the original source or any other opponent. The downside is that the recoil from the released energy is nearly akin to the original blow.

-Gives Ussop a 20% Chance to absorb 50% meele damage and a 15% chance to absorb 30% Spell Damage
-Damage absorb is stored in the impact dial, max damage stored is same as Ussop's max HP

-During CD the Impact Dial does NOT absorb damage, You can check the Amt of DMG stored by typing -Impact
-50 Second CD



Skill 1:Midori Boshi: Devil [Active] [Damage Type:Physical] Shooting a Pop Green, Usopp creates a large carnivorous plant (that vaguely resembles a Venus Flytap) which attacks his enemies. In addition to being able to eat enemies with its large mouth, it can ensnare those nearby with its vines.

-Summons a Carnivorus plant at a targeted point that Eats opponents infront of it in 500 AOE and holds any other opponent within 600 AOE of it
-Eaten targets get dealt damage and opponents held by vines get dealt 25% damage, holds for 3 Seconds
-Opponents that are eaten cannot be attacked

Skill 2:Midori Boshi: Take Jaberin [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Usopp shoots a Pop Green and stalks of bamboo shoot up from the ground, stabbing and impaling anyone it crosses paths with.

Skill 3:Hi no Tori Boshi [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Usopp fires what can be assumed to be a very strong Kaen Boshi in the shape of a massive phoenix, it also seems to summon a massive ring of fire once it makes contact.

-Fires a pheonix-shaped shot forward, Travels through everything
-Upon impact and dealing damage it leaves a ring of fire that deals 50% damage to nearby enemys

-Pheonix travels for 800 Range, has 300 AOE collision and moves at 600 MS

Ultimate:Impact Wolf [Active] [Damage Type:Magic]
Ussop shoots a single seed which grows into a huge plant-wolf which can send powerful shockwaves from the bulb on it nose

-Fires a seed which grows into a green wolf in a straight line
-Seed takes 0.5 seconds to grow into wolf, travels at 600 MS, 400 AOe collision
-800 Max range, opponents hit by the wolf are taken with it to the max range then a shockwave is realeased on those hit initialy dealing damage and pushing back 300 Range

its not like we cant have 2 ppl sugesting the same char, the better idea gets put in..., also he will add ones that arent in anime yet, he put madaras izanagai didnt he, sasukes new susanoo, and i think there are a few more hidden in there =3 lol

yea but is diferent ah skill from one piece, what he dnt know nothing, to a character of naruto(he love naruto). besides for some reason the powers of naruto are easy to understend

well hes already added zoro timeskip, so yah lol, i dont think we will be seeing sogeking again lol, it was just his persona because he left the crew during the arc and he didnt want to let luffy know it was him
